Il corriere ha consegnato il pacco all'indirizzo sbagliato nonostante le indicazioni sul pacco fossero corrette e riportassero il nome di una azienda il cui nome è scritto a lettere cubitali sull'edificio. E' stata anche fatta una FIRMA FALSIFICATA per la ricezione del pacco roba da denuncia. L'assistenza inesistente rispondono una volta su 20 chiamate. Alla fine il pacco è stato recuperato da me al recapito sbagliato dopo giorni di attesa che hanno comportato a grossi danni e spese per la mancanza del pezzo smarrito. SCANDAL SERVICE !! The courier delivered the package to the wrong address despite the information on the package being correct and bearing the name of a company whose name is written in large letters on the building. A FALSIFIED SIGNATURE was also made for the receipt of the complaint package. Assistance nonexistent answer once in 20 calls. In the end, the package was recovered by me at the wrong address after days of waiting which resulted in major damage and expense due to the missing piece.

Facendola breve , alla fine sono andato di persona a ritirare i 2 colli. alla filiale di MONZA. NB la consegna doveva avvenire entro le 48 ore. Nel complesso esperienza positiva se consideriamo che ho lasciato il mio pacco il 23 dicembre ed é arrivato a Roma la mattina del 27. Not too fast but not too slow. Overall a positive experience if we consider that I left my package on December 23rd and it arrived in Rome on the morning of December 27th.

Per questi aspetti segnalati il loro responsabile dovrebbe valutare di cambiare mestiere. Assoluta mancanza di rispetto. B	Benji Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato un pacco che mi sarebbe dovuto arrivare il 2/12/2021 con il servizio International Priority. Ma da quel giorno non ho più notizie, il pacco risulta essere nella filiale di Concorezzo dal tracking. Mi sono anche recato li, ma da loro non risulta. Oggi siamo al 16/12/2021 e non mi hanno ancora fatto sapere nulla, nonostante tutti giorni chiamo e mando mail al costumare care. Mi hanno perso il pacco. Ordered a package that was supposed to arrive on 12/02/2021 with International Priority service. But since that day I have no more news, the package appears to be in the Concorezzo branch from the tracking. I also went there, but it doesn't appear from them. Today we are on 16/12/2021 and they have not yet let me know anything, despite every day I call and send emails to costumare care. They lost my package.
