β β β β β Vista un auto usata e preso appuntamento il giorno prima, arrivata alla concessionaria il venditore nn ricordava nemmeno del mio appuntamento. Senza spiegare l'auto in questione decisa ad acquistarla il ragazzo chiede la scheda dell'auto che nn trova ad un suo collega e con molta leggerezza gli viene comunicato che l'auto era stata venduta il mattino stesso. Peccato che mi sono fatta 80km poichΓ© nn sono stata avvisata che l'auto nn era piΓΉ disponibile.In altre concessionarie, con marchi meno blasonati, ho riscontrato maggior professionalita e disponibilitΓ . Non andrebbero bene, nemmeno a vendere delle Dacia di seconda mano. ??

β β β β β Bellissima concessionaria,siamo stati accolti da Samuele Ferraguti,ci ha messo a nostro agio subito con professionalita e simpatia.
Abbiamo visto e comprato un usato perfetto, ma con la vasta gamma di auto che hanno, non c'Γ¨ che l'imbarazzo della scelta. Non eravamo mai stati qui,visto che abitiamo a Parma ma ci tornerΓ² sicuramente per la prossima auto. Bravissimi.

Beautiful dealership, we were greeted by Samuele Ferraguti, he put us at ease immediately with professionalism and sympathy.
We have seen and bought a perfect pre-owned one, but with the wide range of cars they have, you are spoiled for choice. We had never been here since we live in Parma but I will definitely be back for the next car. Very good.

β β β β β Sono entrato ho visitato tutta la concessionaria guardato tutte le auto ma nonostante fossi stato circondato da rivenditori nessuno di loro si Γ¨ interessato minimamente della mia persona. Morale sono uscito disgustato e sono andato ad acquistare l'auto altrove. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO....
I went inside, visited the entire dealership, looked at all the cars, but despite being surrounded by dealers, none of them took any interest in me. Morale I left in disgust and went to buy the car elsewhere. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED ....

β β β β β We had a nail in our tire last night. We used the emergency repair kit in our BMW to re inflate the tire and continue driving. This morning we found the BMW dealership in Carpi. The dealership was open but the Service area was closed. However, the salesman was incredibly helpful. He checked with another repair shop to see if they were open. But after not being able to find someone open for us, he went and retrieved another emergency repair kit and gave it to us so we had a back up for the weekend. That was very thoughtful of him.
