★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da decenni ci serviamo dallo scatolificio Fumagalli e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Lo staff è cordialissimo e veramente professionale, si riconosce lo spessore di chi opera da più di 60 anni nel mercato degli imballaggi.
 We have been serving the Fumagalli box factory for decades and have never had a problem. The staff is very cordial and truly professional, the thickness of those who have been operating in the packaging market for more than 60 years is recognized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La società è stata completamente irresponsabile con il servizio clienti, lasciando che mi aspettare più di un mese per una risposta se potevano fare di me un preventivo di produzione, che alla fine ho ricevuto una risposta negativa. E la risposta è stata ha ricevuto a causa della mia costante sforzo di arrivare a comunicare con loro. Non hanno nemmeno provare a contattare me una volta per farmi sapere le ragioni, e nemmeno una scuse, solo un "questo è il modo in cui funziona in Italia". Molto poco professionale.
The company was completely irresponsible with the customer service, letting me wait more than one month for an answer if they could do me a production budget, which at the end I received a negative response. And the response was recieved because of my constant effort of getting to comunicate with them. They did not even try to contact me once to let me know the reasons, and not even an appology, just a "this is the way it works in Italy". Very unprofessional.
