★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasta scelta, ma personale di vendita poco disponibile...ho chiesto di poter provare un paio di modelli, dopo che la commessa me li ha portati, è sparita!.... necessitano di un altro numero, ma mentre li vicino, ( zona articoli sportivi), 2 commessi facevano salotto con una terza persona ( che non stava acquistando), ho preferito rimettere via le scarpe che avevo provato e me ne sono andata!... mi auguro fosse stata una cosa casuale!...
 Wide choice, but little available sales staff ... I asked to be able to try on a couple of models, after the saleswoman brought them to me, they disappeared! ... they need another number, but while near them, ( sports goods area), 2 shop assistants were sitting with a third person (who was not buying), I preferred to put away the shoes I had tried on and I left! ... I wish it had been a random thing! ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è ben fornito, ci sono mooolti modelli x tutti i gusti , le 3 stelle sono solo per questo motivo.
L'assistenza al cliente non è prioritaria... ho chiesto un'informazione x una borsa e mi hanno liquidato dicendomi di cercare tra quello che era esposto, senza neanche cercare di capire cosa mi serviva. Anche in cassa non mi hanno informata delle promozioni che c'erano con la registrazione sul loro sito.
The shop is well stocked, there are so many models for all tastes, the 3 stars are just for this reason.
Customer assistance is not a priority ... I asked for information on a bag and they dismissed me telling me to look through what was on show, without even trying to understand what I needed. Even in the checkout they did not inform me of the promotions that were with the registration on their site.

La scelta dei modelli è buona, almeno dal punto di vista di differenze estetiche.
Il personale mi sembra poco, rispetto alla dimensione del punto vendita.
