Poca puntualità nella consegna personale non adeguato al montaggio dei mobili una cucina consegnata a metà dicembre ho dovuto aspettare 4 mesi per la sostituzione di pensili rovinati. Chiesi un preventivo per una cucina, Prima di iniziare mi dissero che era costoso xké di qualità superiore alla norma e avrebbero fatto un preventivo solo se in possibilità di acquisto? In realtà qualità nella media, elettrodomestici di qualità, prezzi ingiustificati, acquistati in altro negozio costavano molto meno. Non capisco xké nn rilasciano il progetto fatto da loro per confrontare, se si lavora bene e si a la qualità nn si dovrebbe avere paura della concorrenza. Arrogant and offensive staff. In reality, average quality, quality appliances, unjustified prices, bought in another store cost much less. Un ringraziamento anche a tutto lo staff e in particolare a Alessio e Pamela nonché al Direttore Gennaro. Adesso aspetto la consegna della mia cucina . Great welcome great design. Siamo stati accolti benissimo e abbiamo progettato il tutto insieme a Fabio, persona di grande competenza e soprattutto di pazienza. Lo ringraziamo. Oggi sono venuti a montare tutto e ci siamo trovati bene anche con loro. La cucina è bellissima e materiale di qualità. Siamo soddisfatti. We were to order a kitchen and living room at Casa Tua Busnago. We were very well received and we designed everything together with Fabio, a person of great competence and above all patience. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi quando ci hanno chiamato per anticipare la consegna al 12 marzo!!! Consegna impeccabile, i ragazzi (Michele e Giovanni) che sono venuti a montare la cameretta sono stati F A V O L O S I, rispettosi degli spazi, precisissimi e molto disponibili. Allego foto della cameretta al termine del montaggio! Torneremo sicuramente! Complimenti a tutti! We designed and ordered the bedroom in our second room with the support of Simone and Gennaro (the store manager) at the end of January with delivery scheduled for the end of March. We were pleasantly surprised when they called us to bring the delivery up to March 12th !!! Impeccable delivery, the guys (Michele and Giovanni) who came to assemble the bedroom were F A V O L O S I, respectful of the spaces, very precise and very helpful.
