★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promo Seat "senza impegno", prendi appuntamento con il venditore il quale, dietro precisa richiesta della suddetta promo, ti dice che non ci sono problemi. Il giorno dell'appuntamento ti presenti e ti viene detto che non hanno auto disponibili ( bugia, visto che possono essere ordinate) e dopo tue rimostranze, si inventa scuse senza senso del tipo " sono senza colore (?)" e "non arriverebbe in tempo (?)". Pensavo che,rispetto alla scorsa promo di Seat, la quale ha allargato la scelta anche alle auto da ordinare, aveste imparato qualcosa e invece..... Questa è la serietà del concessionario Scarabel? Vergognatevi.

On the day of the appointment you show up and are told that they have no cars available (lie, since they can be ordered) and after your grievances, he makes up meaningless excuses like "I'm colorless (?)" And "it wouldn't come in. time (?)". I thought that, compared to the last Seat promo, which also widened the choice to the cars to order, you had learned something and instead ..... Is this the seriousness of the Scarabel dealer? Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato sabato scorso presso questa concessionaria in orario di apertura e sono stato accolto da una persona che mi ha detto che erano chiusi e di fissare un appuntamento che quindi veniva fissato per oggi, mercoledì al loro orario di apertura ovvero le 15. Al mio arrivo in concessionaria verso le 14:55 l'unico dipendente delegato alla vendita delle auto era impegnato e, una volta finito, verso le 15:15 nonostante altra gente in fila, vado a dire che avevo preso un appuntamento per le 15, a quel punto vengo a sapere che anche altra gente aveva preso appuntamento per la stessa ora e mi viene detto che avrei dovuto attendere per almeno altri 15 minuti, abbastanza infastidito per il tempo perso decido di andarmene, inoltre le autovetture erano tutte chiuse con un sigillo e quindi non si poteva nemmeno vedere gli interni.
La pessima organizzazione da Scarabel regna sovrana e la loro incompetenza nel fissare gli appuntamenti mi ha fatto perdere tempo e soldi per recarmi nel loro punto vendita.
I went to this dealership last Saturday during opening hours and was greeted by a person who told me they were closed and to make an appointment which was then set for today, Wednesday at their opening time, which is 3pm. I arrive at the dealership around 2:55 pm the only employee delegated to sell the cars was busy and, once finished, around 3:15 pm despite other people in line, I go to say that I had made an appointment for 3 pm, at that point I learn that other people had also made an appointment for the same time and I am told that I would have to wait for at least another 15 minutes, quite annoyed by the lost time I decide to leave, also the cars were all closed with a seal and therefore you couldn't even see the interior.
The poor organization at Scarabel reigns supreme and their incompetence in making appointments made me waste time and money to go to their store.

Prenoto l’appuntamento per un test drive con M. Z. per l’acquisto di una Seat Leon. Arrivo puntuale all’appuntamento e lo colgo alla sprovvista, non si ricordava avessimo appuntamento per il test drive nonostante se lo fosse segnato sul calendario. Mi dice che va a prendere la macchina e dopo poco torna dicendomi che la macchina è uscita per un altro test drive con un altro cliente è che io non avevo la possibilità di farlo.
Morale della favola, ho perso solo tempo e sono andato via senza sentirmi chiedere delle scuse ne tanto meno di prenotare un nuovo appuntamento.
Non hanno voglia di vendere le macchine, lasciate perdere!
FORGET IT, THEY DON'T WANT TO SELL CARS!
I book an appointment for a test drive with M. Z. for the purchase of a Seat Leon. I arrive on time for the appointment and I catch him off guard, he didn't remember we had an appointment for the test drive even though he had marked it on the calendar. He tells me that he goes to get the car and after a while he comes back telling me that the car went out for another test drive with another client and that I didn't have the possibility to do it.
Moral of the story, I just wasted time and left without being asked for an apology, much less to book a new appointment.
They don't want to sell cars, forget it!
