A	Alberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao a tutti, ho acquistato qualche settimana fa un Ford Tourneo Custom usato e sono stato seguito da Giorgio, persona molto competente, preparata, disponibile e simpatica il quale mi ha seguito molto scrupolosamente accompagnandomi passo passo verso l'acquisto chiarendo in maniera molto semplice e senza tanti giri di parole ogni mio dubbio. Ho molto apprezzato il fatto che l'auto mi è stata fatta visionare e provare così come è arrivata da loro in concessionaria quindi con tutti i difetti che presentava (niente di serio, alcune rigature e piccole ammaccature sulla carrozzeria, alcuni problemini sulla meccanica dei sedili), difetti che sono stati completamente ripristinati anche meglio di come mi aspettavo così che al momento del ritiro il mezzo sembrava nuovo! Inoltre il parabrezza anteriore presentava una bozza probabilmente dovuta ad un sasso preso dal precedente proprietario, problema che io non volevo accettare.........beh, mi hanno sostituito completamente il vetro senza nessun surplus di prezzo!!!!! In conclusione consiglio vivamente il Gruppo S2 per competenza e serietà e proprio per questo sono molto tranquillo e sicuro che saranno sempre presenti e disponibili per qualsiasi eventuale problema mi si dovesse presentare (speriamo di no). Un saluto e un ringraziamento particolare a Giorgio che spero di incontrare ancora in futuro magari per l'acquisto di un'altra auto o semplicemente per offrirgli una birra o un caffè! I very much appreciated the fact that the car was made to view and test as it arrived at the dealership, therefore with all the defects it had (nothing serious, some scratches and small dents on the bodywork, some problems on the mechanics of the seats. ), defects that were completely restored even better than I expected so that at the time of collection the vehicle looked like new! In addition, the front windshield presented a draft probably due to a stone taken by the previous owner, a problem that I did not want to accept ......... well, they completely replaced the glass without any price surplus !!!!! In conclusion, I highly recommend the S2 Group for competence and seriousness and for this reason I am very calm and sure that they will always be present and available for any problem that may arise (hopefully not). Ho quindi deciso di affidarmi alla concessionaria S2 di Padova nonostante sia distante 350km da dove vivo. Girolamo Marroccoli mi ha seguito passo per passo e ha saputo soddisfare tutte le mie esigenze. Mi ha proposto un’Audi A4 avant tramite video mostrando la vettura in maniera del tutto dettagliata. L’auto proposta mi ha convinto a presentarmi in concessionario dove sono rimasto stupito nel vederla dal vivo. Se non avessi visto i km sul cruscotto, avrei giurato fosse nuova. Non sono riuscito a trovare difetti, neppure minimi. Girolamo é stato gentilissimo come pochi, seguendomi in ogni passo e rendendosi sempre disponibile. É persino venuto a prendermi in stazione il giorno del ritiro, non potevo chiedere di più. Mi rivolgerò sicuramente a lui per il prossimo acquisto. Anche per noi è stato così cercavamo un'auto Wolkswagen senza idee precise. Sono stato seguito egregiamente dal Signor Girolamo Marroccoli (Mino). La vettura la avevo vista solo tramite un collegamento con WhatsApp con cui il Signor Marroccoli me l'aveva mostrata centimetro per centimetro, come se fossi lì dal vivo. La Befana quest'anno mi ha portato davvero un sogno e per questo non finirò mai di ringraziare il Gruppo S2 ed in particolar modo il signor Marroccoli della filiale di Padova che nonostante il periodo di festività si è prodigato per risolvere tutti i problemi logistici. L'abbiamo vista sul sito, poi abbiamo voluto vederla dal vivo e ci siamo recati in concessionaria. As i said Giorgio is expert, profesional, good listener, good spicker etc. Expiriance was perfect, 5 star is a little number.
