★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto disponibili anche nella postvendita (non da tutti). Sono stato seguito da Mauro che si è dimostrato molto professionale. La consegna è stata leggermente più lunga della data stabilita ma veramente di poco. Pensate che alla consegna il ragazzo si era preso l'intera mattinata per spiegarmi e farmi provare l'auto. Super soddisfatto.

In particolare ho contattato Davide a distanza di un mese dal ritiro per una piccola problematica: ho avuto un pronto riscontro e soprattutto la soluzione senza nessun costo a mio carico.

La sensazione che ho avuto qui - invece, e come succede spesso a Padova - è di essere guardato con sufficienza , e come un numero qualsiasi in un processo standardizzato. Prezzi alti e lunghe attese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA PESSIMA...consiglio di stare molto attenti alle promozioni che pubblicizzano sul sito in merito all'acquisto di una vettura con la formula Audi Value...mi sono recato per un preventivo, attirato dai valori, il loro venditore, mi presenta un preventivo per un importo totale del valore dell'auto molto simile a quello da loro espresso sul sito ma con una grande differenza in termini di rata, segnalo la cosa e il venditore che rimane incredulo, prova a inserire le condizioni da loro proposte ma incredibilmente la rata risulta sempre più alta.
Il giorno successivo mi richiama confermandomi che le condizioni pubblicizzate non erano reali e verificando poi nel loro portale hanno corretto tutte le condizioni!
Non avrei mai immaginato di poter vivere questa situazione in un concessionario ufficiale Audi.
Professionalità pari a zero.

I went for a quote, attracted by the values, their seller, presents me a quote for a total amount of the value of the car very similar to that expressed by them on the site but with a big difference in terms of installment, I point out the thing and the seller who is incredulous, try to enter the conditions proposed by them but incredibly installment is always higher.
The next day he calls me back confirming that the advertised conditions were not real and then verifying in their portal they corrected all the conditions!
I never imagined I could experience this situation in an official Audi dealer.
Professionalism equal to zero.

Abbiamo chiesto info sulla disponibilità di due vetture ricevendo, come unica risposta, un "non c'è nulla, guardate il sito". Non mi è stato lasciato un biglietto da visita, non mi sono stati chiesti i dati per cercare di soddisfare le mie richieste.
Seccato e infastidito per la sufficienza riservataci.
As we entered the used Audi salon, we were greeted by a salesman who didn't even show up.
We asked for info on the availability of two cars and received, as the only answer, a "there is nothing, look at the site". I was not left a business card, I was not asked for the data to try to satisfy my requests.
Annoyed and annoyed by the sufficiency reserved for us.

Fin da subito ho notato una grande professionalità e disponibilità nella descrizione del modello e nella ricerca dell'auto in linea con le mie preferenze, oltre che una encomiabile pazienza dovuta al fatto che le pratiche di immatricolazione, che non dipendono da loro, durante i mesi estivi andavano per le lunghe. Una volta arrivata l'auto dalla Germania, mi è stato inviato un video di presentazione e descrizione del modello, molto apprezzato.
