β β β β β We just went to this restaurant tonight. Wow! The fondant wow! The flavors were amazing! The spice level was just right. The chef was thoughtful to ask my spice level tolerance. The spice level was just right. The flavor was just right. Amazing atmosphere, great servers! This place is a great addition to Catania!

β β β β β Being from Southern California, everyone was puzzled as to why I would travel all the way to Sicily only to end up eating Mexican food. Why not?
I was with a friend and we were meeting his friends for brunch. We opted for the Brunch Menu which features bottomless mimosas and a brunch dish.
First off, the mimosas were outstanding and as always in Europe they use REAL orange juice, not the sugared up stuff we are used to in the US.
The food was tasty, I tried both the Chiliquiles with steak and Huevos Rancheros. If you're expecting 100% authentic - well you're not going to get it. However the dishes have delicious Sicilian influence. The ingredients are fresh and the presentation is superb. It's going to be a bit lighter than the heavy Mexican dishes that you may be used to, which I liked.
BTW - years ago I dined at a Mexican restaurant in the UK and this was LIGHT YEARS better.
The other people that we were with raved about how they ordered dinner all the time and also spoke very highly of the dinner menu and the sangria.
The staff was super friendly and very attentive. It was a great experience.

β β β β β Mexican food looks simple but to make really good one is not simple at all. The chef of this place knows what he is doing. We ordered chilli burrito and pistachio quesadilla. Both dishes were top notch. I ordered extra hotness and they brought be a delicious sauce to condiment the burrito. They also gave us a marinated cactus leaf as compliment, also delicious. The place itself is well decorated. The waitress was super professional, charismatic and fun to talk to. Good value for money too. Definitely recommended!

β β β β β By far the best Mexican restaurant in Catania and nearby area. We have ordered the guacamole, queso and nachos as appetizers and all amazing. I tried the enchiladas and they did not disappoint. Tried the chorizo and al pastor will have them again after I try the rest. Dont recall the desserts but were amazing. Michelada was good, only recommendations is making it with more beer. Wife enjoyed the sangria. Staff was courteous and owner sits and talks and welcomes mexican reviews.

β β β β β This was such a great experience!! Love the Mexican flavors of home!! The marinated pork was so flavorful and tender!! This place makes the best Mexican food with what ingredients they have in Sicily! The sangria is perfection!! The atmosphere is so bright and colorful. Love the Mexican decor!! Passion fruit Cheesecake is the best dessert ever!!! Carolina made sure we had everything we needed and Manuel was very kind and welcoming!! So glad we found this place!! Can't wait to go back!!

You get menu recommendations from the waiters.
Food is solid, delicate and you can taste the individual ingredients. Definitely freshly made to order.
Portions are on the smaller side with the prices sadly in the normal to expensive range for the size of the plate.
PS: for the Non Locals: Tips are already included in the bill.
Overall enjoyed the meal.
