★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha venduto un farmaco sbagliato e accortomi dell'errore alla cassa non mi ha voluto cambiare il farmaco con quello giusto perché non lo aveva ,non mi ha tornato i soldi ma voleva che prendessi qualche altra cosa inutile per me al momento(saponi ecc) ho poi preso un'altra cosa ma non ci tornerò mai più.
He sold me a wrong drug and, noticing the mistake at the counter, he didn't want to change the drug with the right one because he didn't have it, he didn't give me the money back but he wanted me to take something else that was useless for me at the moment (soaps, etc.) I then took another thing but I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Farmacista che mi ha servito è stata molto scortese e mi ha trattato come una stupida perchè secondo lei utilizzavo fermenti lattici da bambini per gli adulti (non aveva capito un tubo di quello che le avevo detto).
Andateci solo se tutte le altre farmacie sono chiuse.
The pharmacist who served me was very rude and treated me like a fool because in her opinion I used lactic ferments as children for adults (she hadn't understood a tube of what I had told her).
Go there only if all other pharmacies are closed.

Personale simpatico e disponibile, sempre pronto a trovare il prodotto che si cerca, a fartelo trovare al più presto in negozio ed a inviarlo a casa, se lo si desidera. Le offerte sui prodotti per bambini sono spesso più convenienti che nei supermercati. Adesso sono aperti anche il sabato e c'é pure il parcheggio per i disabili. Non ho ancora provato la carta fedeltà, ma sembra interessante. Il mio prodotto preferito sono le caramelle di carruba!
Excellent advice on health and cosmetics. Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to find the product you are looking for, to let you find it as soon as possible in the store and send it home, if desired. Offers for baby products are often cheaper than in supermarkets. Now they are also open on Saturdays and there is also parking for the disabled. I haven't tried the loyalty card yet, but it sounds interesting. My favorite product is carob sweets!
