★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono di Palermo e trovandomi in una zona a mio parere più bella di Palermo ovvero via Libertà ( politeama) ho avuto modo di entrare in questo negozio diversi giorni fa , attratta dalla vetrina ricca e colorata , in mattinata per le 10 entrando vengo turbata da un'assordante rumore di aspirapolvere che giustamente la giovane commessa con in mano pezza e vetril accorgendosi della mia presenza mette subito via. Lasciando da parte questa visione che personalmente trovo inadeguata e poco professionale visto che il negozio si trova al centro di Palermo con negozi vicini molto conosciuti come Prada , Gucci ecc nei quali i proprietari non usano i stessi commessi per pulire l'intero negozio, devo dire che il negozio ha un ricco assortimento di tanti marchi anche tali molto conosciuti e il personale ritrovo molto disponibile , educato e simpatico.

Leaving aside this vision that I personally find inadequate and unprofessional since the shop is located in the center of Palermo with well-known nearby shops such as Prada, Gucci etc. in which the owners do not use the same clerks to clean the entire shop, I must say that the shop has a rich assortment of many well-known brands and the staff very helpful, polite and friendly.

Sono entrato per acquistare un bagaglio ed ho trovato un addetto alle vendite veramente competente , forse fin troppo considerato che è riuscito a farmi spendere di più di quanto avevo preventivato! Personale molto gentile ed affabile. Tornerò sicuramente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cattiva esperienza, che mi ha costretto a non acquistare il prodotto che avevo scelto. La seconda stella è dovuta unicamente al discreto assortimento, che è l'unica nota positiva.
All'ingresso trovo un commesso impegnato con un cliente e l'altra commessa impegnata al cellulare. Dopo qualche minuto finalmente ci degna. Esordisce dandoci del tu, nonostante io continui a darle del lei e a chiamarla signora. Dopo una decina di minuti decido che portafogli prendere, lo faccio mettere da parte e chiedo di potere dare un'occhiata in giro.
Nel frattempo arriva un altro cliente e scopro che la commessa è in grado di dare del lei. Quando il cliente la chiama signorina, lei starnazza un "lei ha cominciato bene!", ripetuto più volte in tono giulivo. Mi fa piacere scoprire che una persona dall'approccio tanto informale sia in realtà legata a formalità tanto insulse.
Avendo capito l'antifona, ho ringraziato la signorina, lasciandole il portafogli e la borsa, che comprerò in un negozio dove il personale è capace di rapportarsi col pubblico in modo educato e senza particolari complessi per l'età che dimostra.
