★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno messo a nuovo il mio sony xperia z3 compact. Mi dissero che mi avrebbero avvisato se il costo superava 120 euro ma così non è stato, ho pagato 150€ per la riparazione delle scheda madre, ma hanno dovuto rimpiazzare il touch screen per qualche motivo, anche se era immacolato.
They have refurbished my sony xperia z3 compact. They told me that they would notify me if the cost exceeded 120 euros but this was not the case, I paid 150 euros for the repair of the motherboard, but they had to replace the touch screen for some reason, even if it was immaculate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo fare una sostituzione gratuita (perché entro i 24 mesi dall'acquisto , confermato da 2 operatori di HO MOBILE che la sostituzione fosse gratuita) della sim per un malfunzionamento, ma la ragazza mi ha chiesto 15€ per la sim esclamando:
-non è gratis perché io le sim la pago
Sono andato da Gelpi ad Esine e mi hanno sostituito la sim gratuitamente
I had to make a free replacement (because within 24 months of the purchase, confirmed by 2 HO MOBILE operators that the replacement was free) of the sim for a malfunction, but the girl asked me € 15 for the sim exclaiming:
-it's not free because I pay for them
I went from Gelpi to Esine and they replaced the sim for free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'arroganza con cui sono stato trattato, oltre che la totale mancanza di un supporto tecnico mi lascia basito. Il tutto (ho inteso, magari sbaglio...) perché avrei usufruito della garanzia. Non mi sento di fare pubblicità alla marca del prodotto per correttezza.
The arrogance with which I was treated, as well as the total lack of technical support, leaves me stunned. All (I mean, maybe I'm wrong ...) because I would have taken advantage of the guarantee. I don't feel like advertising the product brand for fairness.
