A	Alessia Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato con The fork un tavolo per 3 persone, dopo aver già provato precedentemente e la cucina di Sayuri e aver passato un'ottima serata. Questa sera una delusione: abbiamo ordinato 5 piatti di cui solo due arrivati come da menù. Due arrivati con cetrioli al posto dell'avocado. Oltre la pessima combinazione degli ingredienti, sono allergica ai cetrioli. Non si può cambiare un ingrediente senza avvisare un cliente! La cameriera ha portato via il piatto scusandoci , ma ha insistito che era scritto nel menù cosa non vera perché so leggere per fortuna e inoltre dicendo che avremmo potuto scegliere un altro a scelta e che non ce lo avrebbe fatto pagare (nel conto c'era) , in realtà aveva già fatto preparare lo stesso, comunque senza avocado(precedentemente 6 pezzi al posto di 8, con quelli nuovi 8) truffare la gente solo perche stiamo usando the fork?? Nessuno vi convince a starci.. Per non parlare della tempura arrivata praticamente bruciata dato che era stata già fritta e rifilata al nostro tavolo riscaldata. Se si prenota con The fork non vuol dire che potete rifilare quello che vi pare perché noi paghiamo lo stesso.. Noi i soldi non li troviamo a terra, però volete prendere in giro la gente fate pure, noi sicuro non ci torneremo. Pessimi
A	Asia Cafueri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entriamo in questo locale attratti dalla location sotto delle arcate storiche e per il caratteristico affaccio sul porto. Il menù è alla carta e da come si presenta lascia pregustare delle portate di livello. All'atto pratico abbiamo dovuto constatare che, sebbene la materia prima ovvero il pesce, fosse di ottima qualità la preparazione ha lasciato piuttosto a desiderare. I Carpacci erano troppo spessi, i roll poco compatti e il servizio non impeccabile considerando che abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti per fare le ordinazioni e più di 30 minuti per essere serviti, va aggiunto che il numero di coperti era piuttosto modesto, preciso che la ragazza che ci ha servito è stata molto gentile e si è scusata per il ritardo. Infine, è un locale che ha grandi potenzialità e che potrebbe davvero dire la sua con una preparazione più curata delle portate. Non lo consiglierei ma non è neanche da evitare. We enter this place attracted by the location under the historic arches and by the characteristic view of the port. The menu is à la carte and from how it presents itself it leaves a foretaste of the level courses. In practice we had to find that, although the raw material, that is the fish, was of excellent quality, the preparation left something to be desired. The Carpacci were too thick, the rolls were not very compact and the service was not impeccable considering that we waited 20 minutes to place the orders and more than 30 minutes to be served, it should be added that the number of covers was rather modest, precise that the girl who she served us was very nice and apologized for the delay. Finally, it is a place that has great potential and that could really have its say with a more careful preparation of the courses. I wouldn't recommend it but it's not to be avoided either.

Altrettanto gustoso sono gli spaghettoni, consiglio quelli al pistacchio, un’esplosione di gusto! -Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. -Ampia la carta dei vini in base ad ogni esigenza del cliente. -Personale qualificato, disponibile e molto cordiale. -Ottimo il servizio America bar accompagnato da un’eccellente selezione del dj set! Una bellissima realtà in zona soprattutto per il target! Consiglio vivamente Sayurisan Trani che d’altronde ogni volta è come ritrovarsi a casa! Kindness, elegance, professionalism and quality are the key to this restaurant! -Location located on the port of Trani and with attention to the smallest details. -Quality of the raw material (fish) very high, cooking of the rice impeccable (try the amaebi roll, one of my favorites) the fried or rather the light / crunchy / dry tempura, perfect! Just as tasty are the spaghetti, I recommend the pistachio ones, an explosion of taste! - Right value for money. - Expand the wine list according to every customer need. - Qualified, helpful and very friendly staff. -Excellent America bar service accompanied by an excellent selection of DJ sets! A beautiful reality in the area especially for the target! I highly recommend Sayurisan Trani which, on the other hand, is like being at home every time!
M	Mike Wind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da amante di sushi, posso dire con certezza che per rapporto qualità, prezzo, location (praticamente sul porto della splendida Trani), menù (scelta infinita di piatti) sia uno dei migliori ristoranti giapponesi che abbia mai provato! senza calcolare l'american bar + dj set e la gentilezza e simpatia di tutto lo staff. davvero complimenti! as a sushi lover, I can say with certainty that for quality, price, location (practically on the port of the splendid Trani), menu (infinite choice of dishes) it is one of the best Japanese restaurants I have ever tried! without calculating the american bar + dj set and the kindness and friendliness of all the staff. really well done!

Nonostante fosse una fresca giornata di inverno il dehor era riscaldato a dovere. Excellent quality of food, dishes are prepared with maniacal accuracy. Courteous and present service. Excellent wine. Although it was a cool winter day, the outdoor area was properly heated.
