Bella disponibilità di capi (abiti eleganti e casual, gonne, pantaloni, maglie, giacche, ecc.), modelli differenti e bei colori e fantasie. Disponibili anche calzature (decolte', sandali, open toe, ecc.) e borse per i vari abbinamenti. Bello anche l'angolo accessori con collane, bracciali ed anelli eleganti e non banali come in tanti negozi.
Staff available and nice even with the over 25 and also a little over size !! Beautiful availability of garments (elegant and casual clothes, skirts, trousers, sweaters, jackets, etc.), different models and beautiful colors and patterns. Also available footwear (decolte ', sandals, open toe, etc.) and bags for the various combinations. Also nice is the accessories corner with elegant and non-trivial necklaces, bracelets and rings as in many shops.

stella semplicemente perché il capo che ho acquistato corrisponde perfettamente alle mie aspettative.
Ordinato in negozio alla Romanina il 27 Dicembre con la promessa di poterlo ricevere dal negozio di Via del Corso (Roma su Roma) entro il 31 (è un cappotto rosso che avrei dovuto indossare l'ultimo dell'anno) è arrivato il 03/01 pomeriggio. Sinceramente mi sarei aspettata un piccolo gesto nei miei confronti ma a meno di mezza giornata dai saldi, neanche un euro. Nessuna pretesa per carità, sicuramente ha prevalso la mentalità del commerciante, ma con un atteggiamento diverso avreste fidelizzato un cliente. Peccato.

star simply because the garment I purchased perfectly matches my expectations.
Ordered in a Romanina shop on December 27th with the promise of being able to receive it from the shop in Via del Corso (Rome over Rome) by 31st (it is a red coat that I should have worn on New Year's Eve). afternoon. Honestly I would have expected a small gesture towards me but less than half a day from the sales, not even a euro. No claim for charity, surely the trader's mentality prevailed, but with a different attitude you would have retained a customer. Sin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo personale. Entro con mia moglie mezz'ora prima della chiusura e veniamo trattati come se stasse chiudendo da una commessa in eta' avanzata (o proprietaria?) Che per tutta la nostra permanenza si e' accanita su mia moglie facendole notare che era "troppo" magra. Purtroppo siamo stati costretti ad aquistare il vestito per problemi di tempo ma avrei preferito farle tirare fuori 100 vestiti fino le 20:00 e averla lasciata a bocca asciutta. Non mi vedranno piu, per colpa della loro ignoranza e maleducazione!
Bad staff. I go in with my wife half an hour before closing and we are treated as if closing by an elderly saleswoman (or owner?) Who for all our stay has raged on my wife pointing out that she was "too" thin . Unfortunately we were forced to buy the dress due to time problems but I would have preferred to have her take out 100 dresses until 20:00 and have left it dry. They won't see me again, because of their ignorance and rudeness!

Servono solamente chi giudicano, a colpo d'occhio, un buon acquirente....tutti gli altri, soprattutto se giovani, possono anche aspettare o andarsene.
Dopo aver chiesto di poter visionare un capo, due commesse sono rimaste dietro al bancone a sistemarsi i turni di natale, l'altra ha pensato bene di dare la precedenza alla signora che avrebbe dovuto comprare un paio di stivali costosi.
Dopo una non breve attesa riesco finalmente ad arrivare in cassa e a causa di un malfunzionamento del pos mi viene richiesto di pagare in contanti, dopo aver comunicato la mia impossibilità a soddisfare tale richiesta la commessa sbruffa come se il problema fosse mio.
C'è di meglio in giro, soprattutto buona educazione ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto vendita La Romanina da sconsigliare per personale addetto : signore attempate fon evidenti problemi di educazione che prendono a maleparole i clienti ; ho comunque acquistato facendo notare la cosa, spallucce da parte di una donna di una certa età truccata in maniera ridicola e con voce stridula che asseriva di fregarsene non essendo una dipendente ma una semplice visual… mi complimento con chi fa i colloqui per selezionare persone che non starebbero bene neanche alla biglietteria di uno zoo! Sconsiglierò a tutti
La Romanina point of sale not recommended for staff: elderly ladies with obvious problems of education that take customers with bad words; I still bought by pointing out the thing, shrugs from a woman of a certain age made up in a ridiculous way and with a shrill voice who claimed to not care being not an employee but a simple visual ...
