C	Cristiano Secci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati in negozio all'incirca alle 18:30 appena entrati la titolare ci ha detto che non potevamo vedere nessun tipo di vasca perché aveva lavato per terra e c'era bagnato. Era infastidita dalla nostra presenza, presumo che stesse chiudendo. Ci siamo fatti un viaggio per niente, praticamente ci ha ripetuto più volte che dalle vasche in esposizione c'era bagnato e non si poteva andare. Nemmeno dare un'occhiata im giro. Siamo andati via sconcertati increduli. Nè buongiorno nè buonasera e lasciamo perdere le risposte avute in merito ad alcuni pesciolini che avrei dovuto acquistare ma che non ho più acquistato tanto ero imbarazzato dal suo atteggiamento (mi faceva sentire un fesso!) Fortunatamente poi mi son fatto 20 km chilometri e il pesciolino lo comprai a Cairo Montenotte. Oggi ho esigenza di comprarne un altro e cosi ho curiosato tra le recensioni e ho visto che le cose non sono cambiate. Fa niente, anzi mi faccio di nuovo i 20 kilometri piuttosto che andare a comprare in quel negozio. La cortesia e l educazione e la dignità...prima di ogni cosa!!! Fortunately then I made 20 km kilometers and the fish I bought it in Cairo Montenotte. Today I need to buy another one and so I browsed through the reviews and saw that things have not changed. It doesn't matter, in fact I do the 20 kilometers again rather than going to buy in that shop. Courtesy and education and dignity ... first of all !!!

La gente dimentica a volte che affinché un negozio sopravviva si deve anche avere un po' di gentilezza. We went to ask for fish and found a very nasty saleswoman, best wishes but we never go back. A	Andrèe Brian Official on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parte 1: Persona veramente maleducata, purtroppo ho comprato dei pesci da lei (prima e ultima volta) sono già morti... sono anni che possiedo pesci e sono tutti VIVI E VEGETI i suoi morti dopo appena 1 giorno. Parte 2: stesso giorno dei pesci volevo acquistare anche un altro animale (non pesce) apparte il prezzo (decisamente cara) ho detto ci penso e valuto. La chiamo al pomeriggio per chiedere informazioni al riguardo sul animale come lo dovrei tenere, cosa mangia ecc e dico ci penso un attimo e ti faccio sapere. La signora ha iniziato ad alterarsi dicendo ma cosa significa o lo vuoi o non lo vuoi che ragionamenti sono? Le risposi che ho bisogno di pensarci ma la signora continuo ad alzare la voce è che voleva una risposta... alla fine staccai il telefono in faccia. Ps: non sono l’unico che ha avuto problemi con la signora (basta guardare le recensioni) Prima e ultima volta che entrerò li. Part 1: Really rude person, unfortunately I bought some fish from her (first and last time) they are already dead ... I have owned fish for years and they are all ALIVE AND VEGETABLE her dead after just 1 day. Part 2: same day of the fish I wanted to buy another animal (not fish) besides the price (very expensive) I said I think about it and I evaluate. I call her in the afternoon to ask for information on the animal how I should keep it, what it eats, etc. and I say I think about it for a moment and let you know. The lady started to get upset by saying but what does it mean or do you want it or do you not want it what reasoning are? I replied that I need to think about it but the lady keeps raising her voice is that she wanted an answer ... in the end I took the phone off my face. Ps: I'm not the only one who has had problems with the lady (just look at the reviews) First and last time I will enter there.

Prezzi giusti anche più bassi che sul web. Consigliatissimo Professionally prepared very helpful always perfect plants and fish never had a problem. He knows how to direct and guide you in the choices and resolution of problems. Fair prices even lower than on the web. Highly recommended

In negozio mancano molte referenze, ci sono pochissimi pesci e ad occhio i prezzi dei prodotti mi sembrano superiori alla media. Io che sono partito da Albenga sono rimasto deluso. Per fortuna avevo altre commissioni da fare a Savona. Ho acquistato un colino per Artemie da 180micron, pagato 7 euro. La signora ha gentilmente separato la confezione di 3 Colini, che vendeva a 14 euro. The owner told me that at the moment the business is a bit stagnant.
