★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recata nel pv perchè dovevo comprare la doccetta del box doccia che si è rotta.Premetto che 3 anni fa con la ristrutturazione della casa tra rivestimenti per la cucina più tutto l'arredo bagno ci ho lasciato quasi 9000 euro quindi non proprio bruscolini.Mi reco prima negli uffici(dove da sempre ci sono signore gentilissime)per chiedere info.La signora mi dice che purtroppo il prodotto che avevo ordinato 3 anni fa non lo trattano più ma se fossi andata al banco sicuramente mi avrebbero aiutato.Vado di la,dopo 5 minuti qualcuno si degna di chiedermi se avevo bisogno,e io chiedo;purtroppo sono ignorante in materia e alla seconda cornetta faccio capire con una descrizione pari ad una analfabeta che avrei necessità di una cornetta cilindrica...e qui arriva il bello...Risposta 'Signora quelle sono cornette di design al banco non teniamo'.Ora..io sono fiduciosa del prossimo e mi immaginavo una frase del tipo'guardi signora si rechi negli uffici,scelga dai cataloghi quello che preferisce e glielo ordiniamo'.....e invece no...risposta...'secondo me signora se va su internet trova quello che cerca'...diciamo che la sensazione di essere su una candid camera l'ho avuta e questo nn mi ha permesso di fare scoppiare la terza guerra mondiale perchè non pretendevo di essere trattata coi guanti ma nemmeno come la prima imbecille sul pianeta.Per la cronaca la cornetta su Amazon la trovi come la vuoi a tutti i prezzi possibili però quando poi siete nella m.....nn date la colpa a chi acquista online perchè se i presupposti sono questi.....

Answer 'Madam those are designer handsets at the counter we do not keep'. Now .. i miei 3.250 euro di condizionatori li ho portati a 100mt da loro.
molto, ma molto meglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati presso il negozio il 30 Ottobre. Una commessa si è scusata perché nessuno ci avrebbe potuto servire visto che la giornata era piena di appuntamenti. Al che ho chiesto se possibile richiedere preventivo tramite canale telematico e mi hanno quindi consegnato un numero whatsapp! Dopo più di una settimana non ho avuto nessun riscontro in merito. Servizio poco attento
We went to the shop on October 30th. A saleswoman apologized because no one could serve us as the day was full of appointments. To which I asked if possible to request a quote via the online channel and they then gave me a whatsapp number! After more than a week I have not had any feedback on this. Not very attentive service
