Avrei voluto controllare i piatti sul momento, ma il commesso mi ha detto di vederli a casa e in caso tornare. Così ho fatto. Sulla parte inferiore di 3 piatti ci sono dei piccoli avvallamenti dovuti, sua spiegazione, al momento in cui il piatto viene poggiato nel forno. Il commesso non ha voluto cambiarmeli. Ora, qui non stiamo parlando di cose artigianali per cui il difetto ci può stare. Inoltre, lui dice che è 'normale' ma allora perché altre marche non hanno questi difetti? Non potrò regalare il set e me lo dovrò tenere io. Mai più. Yesterday I bought a set of dishes at Satur del CC Sedici Pini in Pomezia, it had to be a gift. Large and well-stocked premises. Friendly but not very welcoming staff. I didn't get the greeting from the entrance from either of the two salesmen.

Il giorno dell’acquisto ho richiesto se era possibile effettuare il cambio e mi è stato detto in modo infastidito “massimo 3 giorni di tempo per il cambio purché la confezione sia integra!” Stendiamo un velo pietoso su cambio merce entro 3 giorni, credo non sia proprio a norma! Mi affretto a tornare in negozio. Non trovo NESSUNO per poter avvisare il personale di un eventuale cambio… Allora ho pensato di prendere il prodotto con cui avrei fatto il cambio (dato che nessuno si è degnato di accogliere una persona entrata in negozio). Vado in cassa…noto un signore quasi mezzo nascosto dietro il bancone, con una mano in testa, in modalità disperazione totale tra l’altro. Mi faccio notare che attendo qualcuno in cassa… viene, gli spiego perché voglio cambiare prodotto e con tono scocciato mi dice “si però la prossima volta bisogna dirlo subito che si tratta di un cambio!!!!!” Come già descritto sopra, all’ingresso o comunque nei paraggi non era presente alcun commesso a cui chiedere!! Tralasciando il fatto poi che mi ha praticamente dato della ladra… perché comunque se entro per un cambio ho lo scontrino di avvenuto pagamento con descrizione del prodotto acquistato in precedenza di conseguenza è inaccettabile che viene detta una frase del genere! R	Rosa Runco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 17/06/2021 ore 13,15 incappata in commessa poco cortese anzi propio maleducata Volevo scambiare un un'elettrodomestico acquistato tre giorni prima munita di regolare scontrino La su citata commessa mi aggrediva verbalmente in modo sconcio affermando che l'elettrodomestico era stato asceso usato. Certo che era stato accesso per provarlo visto che al momento dall'acquisto mi fu detto che li non si poteva provare nel negozio ma che eventualmente conservado lo scontrino se l'articolo non soddisfava si poteva cambiare, cosa rilevata del tutto falsa ,ma la cosa più fastidiosa e stata l'arroganza della commesa.
