★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché pago un servizio che non mi viene fatto come dovrebbe essere svolto? più volte passano e non mi ritirano l'immondizia e immancabilmente telefoni (attesa ..... e cade la linea ) qualche volta ripassano altre ..... ieri l'umido me lo sono dovuta riprendere ?? una vergogna.....
 Why do I pay for a service that is not done to me as it should be done? repeatedly pass and garbage and invariably do not withdraw my phone (waiting ..... and drops out) sometimes repass other ..... yesterday wet me I had to take ?? a shame ... ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un paio di volte non hanno ritirato il vetro e l'umido ma Mea Culpa avevo usato il bidone bianco della carta, ho chiamato e il giorno dopo hanno ritirato tutto, vetro e umido. Meglio di così non ho mai visto fare. Eccezionali. Rispondono sempre al telefono e sono gentili.
A couple of times they didn't pick up the glass and the damp but Mea Culpa I had used the white paper bin, I called and the next day they picked up everything, glass and wet. Better than this I've never seen. Exceptional. They always answer the phone and are kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 2 giorni che provo a telefonare senza avere mai avuto un contatto, ovviamente negli orari d'ufficio
Mi fanno ascoltare il disco " siete in attesa di essere collegati con l'interno desiderato " e non rispondono mai addirittura dopo 15 minuti di attesa suona occupato.
Mi chiedo come faccio a mettermi in contatto se non rispondono mai.
È vergognoso!!!!!!
I have been trying to call for 2 days without ever having had a contact, obviously during office hours
They make me listen to the record "you are waiting to be connected with the desired extension" and never answer even after 15 minutes of waiting it sounds busy.
I wonder how I can get in touch if they never answer.
It is shameful !!!!!!
