Gentilissimi e disponibili il personale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caspita ma solo io ho trovato un tizio indisponente che vedendo che avevo molti sacchi da smistare ad un certo punto mi ha detto di non andare più perché non potevano perdere tempo mentre smistavo? Mica doveva smistare lui! Inoltre, visto che Caritas e associazioni per la raccolta di vestiti e scarpe non sono attivi da mesi e non lo saranno per molti altri mesi... Possibile che una discarica non accetti stoffe vestiti e scarpe? Dove si buttano?? La discarica dovrebbe accettare tutti i tipi di materiali altrimenti diventa un servizio a metà..

E tutte le volte mi domando perché, ancora oggi, si trova di tutto sversato, in modo delinquenziale, nei campi ed a lato strada del mio comune e di quelli limitrofi. Ma voglio soprattutto segnalare la gentilezza e la disponibilità degli addetti alla piattaforma sempre cortesi e pronti ad indicarti le corrette procedure da seguire. Quasi sempre ti danno una mano a scaricare. La piattaforma è ordinata e pulita, tutto è segnalato con precisione. Bravissimi meritano veramente un plauso ed un grazie per il loro impegno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La domenica chiudo prima dell'orario indicato arrecando problemi ai cittadini che caricano la macchina pensando di poter scaricare. Probabilmente hanno fretta di essere a casa a mangiare! Farò reclamo anche in comune!
On Sundays I close before the indicated time causing problems for citizens who load the car thinking they can unload. They are probably in a hurry to be home to eat! I will also make a joint complaint!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l indisponibilità del personale è quanto meno imbarazzante !!! aiutano solo le donne...sono in tre e mentre scarichi le cose si appoggiano alla ringhiera restando a guardare...uno di loro mi ha detto che loro ( 3 pagati da noi !!) non sono tenuti ad AIUTARE nessuno...spero che qualcuno del comune intervenga per far si che questi pseudo lavoratori RETRIBUITI DA noi contribuenti....si prodighino almeno un pò ...ad aiutare chi va a scaricare GRAZIE !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale assolutamente indisponente e poco disponibile. Il responsabile(chiamiamolo così!) non mi ha fatto scaricare un asse da stiro perchè sono arrivato alle 11.57 e alle 12 doveva chiudere.
Quando io ho obiettato che non era ancora mezzogiorno, mi ha risposto che lui doveva andare a mangiare! Nel tempo che ha fatto discussione, avrei fatto in tempo a lasciare il mio oggetto in discarica!
Staff absolutely abrupt and not very helpful. The manager (let's call him that!) Didn't let me unload an ironing board because I arrived at 11.57 and had to close at 12.
