Hanno rinnovato abiti anche complessi, fermi in armadio da tempo, e anche adattato a me alcuni vestiti che avevo comprato perché erano belli, ma, arrivata a casa, mi ero resa conto che non mi stavano molto bene. Really high quality. They renewed even complex clothes, which had been in the closet for some time, and even adapted some clothes I had bought for me because they were beautiful, but when I got home I realized that they didn't fit me very well.

Peccato che avevo portato un abito da riprendere un po' sotto il giro manica e appena arrivata a casa la cucitura, seppur sembrava fatta bene, è venuta via punto dopo punto come se la macchina non avesse preso la stoffa! E su entrambi i lati!!! Ho dovuto ripassare le cuciture a mano per poter mettere il vestito per una cerimonia! Magari sarebbe più corretto guardare il lavoro fatto davanti al cliente, alla consegna! Cmq nn sono tornata per farmelo rifare per motivi di tempo non so cosa mi avrebbero detto! Spero avrebbero almeno rifatto il lavoro! Punctual delivery and price! Il giorno della consegna non erano ancora pronte alle 19.40, ma hanno detto ci sarebbe voluto pochissimo. Aspetto ancora 15 minuti consegnano e pago. Quando torno a casa vedo che tutte e 4 le giacche hanno una manica cucita (discutibilmente) e l'altra scucita (una persino con spille infilate). Torno il giorno dopo sistemano le giacche senza chiedere scusa e ipotizzando che non sono stati loro a provocare il danno ma che dovrei cercare "altrove la causa". Senza parole! Sconsiglio fortemente di andare. Bad is an understatement. I brought four jackets to take off the shoulder pads. They asked me for 1 week and € 24. On the day of delivery they weren't ready yet at 7.40pm, but they said it would take very little. I still wait 15 minutes, they deliver and I pay. When I get home I see that all 4 jackets have one sleeve sewn (arguably) and the other unstitched (one even with pins on). I'll be back the next day, they fix the jackets without apologizing and assuming that they didn't cause the damage but that I should look "elsewhere for the cause". Without words! I strongly advise against going.
