A	Andrea Gi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza. Mia moglie si è recata in questa sartoria il 28 giugno scorso per chiedere di cucire una tenda a pannello di cui ha fornito le misure precise. Le viene risposto che il panello sarà disponibile martedì 2 luglio (ovvero oggi) in mattinata. Bene... oggi accompagno mia moglie a ritirare il pannello, e il proprietario con fare irritato si mette a cercare controvoglia il tessuto con il codice che gli consegnamo. No, "il lavoro non è pronto" dice il sarto con fare a dir poco stizzito. E fin qui certo può succedere (a parte il tono e il modo di fare discutibili), ma l'incredibile viene adesso. Mia moglie chiede al sarto se il lavoro può essere terminato entro domani, preferibilmente in mattinata. A quel punto il sarto si irrita e inizia quasi a prenderla a male parole in mia presenza. "Le ho detto che sarà pronto nella giornata di domani, ancora insiste per domani mattina??" E poi, quando mia moglie gli mostra per scrupolo il disegno con le misure, rincara la dose: "mi ha già fatto vedere il disegno, vuole insegnarmi il mio lavoro? Me lo vuole spiegare Lei come devo lavorare? Sa cosa Le dico, il lavoro non glielo faccio e basta, non mi va di farglielo, se ne vada"! A quel punto mi viene spontaneo replicargli, con sofferta pacatezza, "se tratta così i Suoi clienti prima o poi chiuderà l'attività". Pessima esperienza, come scrivevo all'inizio. Arroganza e maleducazione ai massimi livelli. Da evitare assolutamente. An ugly experience. È stato stretto il pantalone lungo tutta la gamba cambiando completamente il modello del pantalone originale. Ho dovuto portarli indietro e nonostante questo il taglio non era più quello originale.
