La prima volta avevo speso tantissimo per due battesimi, due giorni dopo ho portato una delle collane che si era spezzata appena aperta...(avevo la garanzia) Me l hanno fatta pagare lo stesso! A mia sorella che ha acquistato un anello al quale è caduto dopo 7 giorni il brillantino non glielo hanno fatto più cambiare e doveva pagare il prezzo intero... Non è neanche da una stella! Per natale ho fatto dei regali in oro il giorno dopo volevo cambiare uno dei ciondoli ... Sono ritornata nel negozio e mi hanno detto di dover pagare il ciondolo a prezzo intero senza lo sconto del giorno prima.... e il ciondolo costava 10 euro in meno dell altro... Cioè senza parole!!! ... Mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto scambiare tutto ciò che avevo acquistato per usufruire dello sconto.... Mi sono lamentata perché non è un discorso che sta in piedi!!! Inutile dire alle persone "ti lasciamo lo scontrino regalo per cambiarlo" quando poi tocca pagarlo per la seconda volta... Le ragazze hanno chiamato la responsabile che se ne fregata altamente dicendo che è così che funziona... Certo, derubando le persone così Funziona Sarni Oro!!! Indossata una seconda volta per 10 minuti, si è rotta di nuovo solo per togliere un capello che si era incastrato!! Eppure non ho i capelli di Superman!!! Torno per chiedere che mi sia cambiata o per avere un buono, o per ripararla.. dicono che costa 15 euro ripararla (da schifo) e niente buono perché non si può (anche se il prodotto è ovviamente difettoso...). L'unica soluzione rivenderlo a peso e perderci parecchi soldi.. Se questa è serietà..
