★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La visita ha riguardato solo una parte "di rappresentanza"del castello in quanto inserita nel contesto di passeggiata sulle orme di S.Rocco. Abbiamo potuto vedere solo una sala di ricevimento e lo studiolo con la volta a crociera completamente affrescata con le immagini di Platone, Cicerone, Seneca eDemostene. Purtroppo non é stato possibile effettuare fotografie. Alla prossima visita a giugno visiteremo anche gli appartamenti "privati".
The visit concerned only a "representative" part of the castle as it was inserted in the context of a walk in the footsteps of St. Rocco. We could only see one reception room and the small study with a cross vault completely frescoed with images of Plato, Cicero, Seneca and Demostene. Unfortunately it was not possible to take photographs. At the next visit in June we will also visit the "private" apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo visitato il castello la notte di Halloween, è stata una visita suggestiva e interessante, con un perfetto accompagnamento da parte dei proprietari che ci hanno fornito molte notizie storiche e spiegazioni, per nulla noiose. Anche i bambini che ci accompagnavano sono rimasti colpiti. Da provare anche in altre occasioni. Consigliato.
We visited the castle on Halloween night, it was a suggestive and interesting visit, with a perfect accompaniment by the owners who gave us a lot of historical information and explanations, not boring at all. Even the children who accompanied us were impressed. Also worth trying on other occasions. Recommended.

Virgilio ci ha accompagnato a scoprirlo attraverso secoli di storia e informazioni riguardanti le famiglie che lo hanno posseduto. È stato gentile ed esaustivo. Ho fatto una visita diurna e penso che la visita notturna sia spettacolare. Consiglio vivamente.
Very interesting castle, full of history and labyrinths of rooms to visit. Mr. Virgilio accompanied us to discover it through centuries of history and information regarding the families who owned it. It was kind and thorough. I took a day visit and I think the night visit is spectacular. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Castello di pianura molto interessante con una storia che si perde nel tempo. Guida molto preparata. Il giro completo, con il sentiero di San Rocco dura c.a. 2 ore. L'ingresso secondo me è un po' caro 15,00€ a persona + 8,00 € per il libro di Sarmato, ovviamente se lo volete acquistare, stranamente non ci hanno fatto nessun documento fiscale che attesti il pagamento avvenuto, non so se è normale, e non si può nemmeno pagare con la carta di credito/bancomat.
Porgo i miei complimenti alla guida, di che passione ci ha fatto vivere il castello, il passato diventò la realtà. Grazie mille!!!
Very interesting lowland castle with a history that is lost in time. Very knowledgeable guide. The complete tour, with the San Rocco path lasts approx. 2 hours. In my opinion, the entrance is a bit expensive € 15.00 per person + € 8.00 for the Sarmato book, obviously if you want to buy it, strangely they did not send us any tax documents certifying the payment, I don't know if this is normal, and you cannot even pay by credit / debit card.
My compliments to the guide, what a passion the castle made us experience, the past became reality. Thanks so much!!!
