I recommend this place to stay especially with the family. Food is tasty although pretty similar throughout the whole stay (it is normal in hotels) and maybe it enough fresh vegetables but that probably is due to the region not especially th3 hotel itself. Hotel is partly renovated inside and rooms are new and cleaned everyday. The lobby and outside look requires some work because it is old. Hotel has two swimming pool areas with shallow pools for children. It has its own beach with reserved place for each guest included in the price. Beach is sandy with volleyball area. To get to beach you cqn use a dwsiganted stairs ans tunnel or go through the street if you have a stroller. Staff is nice although some requests take time but you need to take into account you are in mediterranean area which makes it nothing unusual. What is the most important is that everything we asked for was provided and we are pleased with the overall accommodation. And are enjoying our stay. Hotel is mainly occupied by Italians and you need to be aware that it means a lot of noise:) but not dusturbance which overall is not a huge problems once you get used to that. In the end they are all really friendly and easy going. Things to inprove: not many staff members speak English, separate the reception desk from the main corridor and lobby which are both crowded and really noisy and do not make good first impression. When it comes to free time you can walk to the nearby towns and spend some time there although not a walk in the park with a baby pram.

Looks good surface level but has literally been one of the worst hotels Ive stayed at from a service level. 1. Awful smell in the rooms (made me sick). Smell comes from the toilet. tip: get your cleaners to use bleach 2. No wifi in rooms. To get wifi you need to come to the common areas (it's 2018!!!!! Invest in a wifi network) 3. Newly renovated bathrooms but the handle comes off?? Would have been trapped inside the bathroom if I had shut the door completly 4. For a large resort, outside of usual meal hours there is no where on the premises to get a meal (arrived all the way from Australia at 4.30pm at the hotel and had till wait till 8pm for the restaurant to open to get a meal). Sorry that's not entirely fair they do serve packet chips and ice cream in that time... 5. When they do open the large buffet restaurant for meals it's the worst buffet I have EVER experienced! Food is terrible, think freezer vegetables and mass produced meals. 6. Breakfast comes with the room and was equally terrible. Good luck if ur trying to eat somewhat healthily too. Buffet closes at 10am This was all the food I could get at 9.15am (see below) Basic premise is Im only here for one night but don't understand how you can fail at so many things.... Never ever staying here again!!!! Don't let the resort style nature fool you this place should be avoided!!!

Probably the worst coffee in Italy. Friendly but abused young staff, and you have to run to get some meat from the buffet in the meals. We stayed there a couple of nights as it’s close to the airport - it is much much smaller that it looks like in the promotion material.

Nice private beach with small number of people. Nice hotel with good restaurant. Hotel has all inclusive option. Hotel has kids kitchen. There is open terrace with live music. We state in this hotel/resort in the beginning of October and enjoyed every day . Note it was warm and sea was just perfect. Also note that there is not much to do in the close proximity of the hotel outside of hotel gate.

The room was nice with a great view, however, I booked this hotel expecting many great things that it boasts about on its website (excursions, spa, pizzeria and more) yet the website fails to mention these things are only open at certain times of the year! I booked a holiday expecting to have a wonderful time with loads of activities; instead I was met with a rude receptionist upon arrival that gave no information into the hotel and our stay and was left feeling disappointed. I’m sure it’s nice in peak time but not ideal for a fun holiday any other time of year.
