★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza, agenzia per niente tutelante, soprattutto dopo dei sinistri c'é stato un completo menefreghismo da parte degli addetti che non provano minimamente a seguire il cliente. Sconsigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, apperente cortesia e gentilezza fin da subito, ma appena ci sono stati dei sinistri (per giunta con ragione mia) sono iniziati vari problemi, oltretutto sembrava che quasi pensassero prevalentemente a tutelare i periti e l'assicurazione del colpevole, le uniche risposte che fornivarono era di fare ricorso con una sgarbetezza assurda, dopo varie chiamate ai veritici alti la situazione sembra migliorare.
Bad experience, apperente courtesy and kindness from the beginning, but as soon as there were accidents (moreover with my reason) various problems started, moreover it seemed that almost they thought mainly to protect the experts and the insurance of the guilty, the only answers that they provided was to appeal with absurd rudeness, after several calls to the senior truths the situation seems to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho chiesto presentandomi di persona il testo di una polizza e mi è stato riferito che mi avrebbero mandato tutto per email. dopo due giorni sollecito con telefonata su cellulare dell'agente il quale non risponde ma mi manda sms chiedendo di scrivere la richiesta. quindi richiedo nuovamente di ricevere la polizza ......mai ricevuto nulla!
non ci metterò mai più piede...
I asked presenting the text of a policy in person and I was told that they would send me everything by email. after two days I send a call on the agent's cell phone who does not answer but sends me sms asking to write the request. so I ask again to receive the policy ...... never received anything!
I'll never set foot there again ...
