P	Pietro Caro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato a fratta questo locale non mi ha stupito particolarmente, chiamo nel pomeriggio per prenotare ma non accetta prenotazioni , quindi la sera ci rechiamo lì per metterci in lista e chiedo i tempi di attesa circa 30 minuti abbiamo 3 tavoli avanti, arrivano un gruppo di persone ... Saltano tutta la fila ed entrano nel locale, cosa molto giusta ovviamente , dopo un oretta arriva il nostro turno ci sediamo e prenotiamo una frittatina insipida , e poi arrivano le pizze , impasto molto buono e leggero ed ingredienti non male. Qualità prezzo buona. E dopo la cordialità dello staff di Sapureat sui social non posso che recensire subito... Beh comincio dal fatto che é la seconda volta che torno e ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi, proprio perché i prodotti hanno SAPORE e ne hanno davvero tanto, non cose fake ma belle, non cose abbondanti ma insipide . Qualità che esalta le papille gustative. Ricordo ancora come usano spesso i friarelli sia in antipasti che sulle pizze e sono buonissimi. Parlando dell'antipasto, bene il cheddar é quello originale e il bacon é perfetto in cottura e salatura, e credo che lo sarà in tutti gli antipasti! Ora le pizze: beh che dire, qui parliamo di alto livello, ma perché non solo abbiamo la lievitazione lunga e l'impasto perfetto, ma l'incontro dei sapori é strepitoso. La mia "Amatriciana" era una favola. Chiudo dicendo che associata ad una birra alla spina davvero gustosa, sono uscito dal locale letteralmente in ESTASI... Speaking of the appetizer, well the cheddar is the original one and the bacon is perfect in cooking and salting, and I think it will be in all the appetizers! Now the pizzas: well what to say, here we are talking about a high level, but because not only do we have long leavening and the perfect dough, but the meeting of flavors is amazing. My "Amatriciana" was a blast. I close by saying that associated with a really tasty draft beer, I literally left the place in ECSTASY ...
