Tra l'altro si vede che gli ingredienti sono di qualità e soprattutto fanno dei crocché di patate (vere e non semolino) davvero ottimi. La sala è piccola ma molto ben arredata. Eravamo diretti ad un altro locale per mangiare un panino, chiamiamo ed il proprietario ci invita a mangiarlo ugulamente in questa pizzeria, sempre sua, in quanto la paninoteca l'aveva rilevata da poco e non aveva ancora attivato il turno serale. Ordiniamo due panini ed una pizza con porchetta, caciocavallo e patate al forno, nel complesso bene i panini, tranne che per qualche accorgimento sulle materie prime (ma ci può stare sono all'inizio) la vera scoperta è stata la pizza, di una bontà esagerata, morbida, soffice, materie prime eccezionali, una pizza non semplice da trovare buona al primo colpo. Abbiamo ulteriormente ordinato una pizza da portare ed il titolare ci ha convinti a farla con impasto ai cereali, che dire anche essa squisita. Il titolare gentilissimo, persona molto cordiale che sa come deliziare i clienti, a fine serata ci ha portato degli straccetti con nutella e cioccolato bianco dal gusto favoloso. Di ritorno a Frattamaggiore riverremo a trovarlo sicuramente. A real find! We were headed to another place to eat a sandwich, we call and the owner invites us to eat it equally in this pizzeria, always his, as the sandwich shop had recently taken over it and had not yet activated the evening shift. We order two sandwiches and a pizza with porchetta, caciocavallo and baked potatoes, on the whole the sandwiches are good, except for some precautions on the raw materials (but there may be at the beginning) the real discovery was the pizza, of a goodness exaggerated, soft, fluffy, exceptional raw materials, a pizza not easy to find good at the first try. We further ordered a pizza to take and the owner convinced us to make it with cereal dough, which is also delicious. The very kind owner, very friendly person who knows how to delight customers, at the end of the evening he brought us some strips with nutella and white chocolate with a fabulous taste. Back in Frattamaggiore we will reverence to find him for sure.
