Una bomboniera nel centro storico di Bracciano, che dire per gli amanti della buona ed elegante cucina è il posto perfetto, ve lo consiglio, ci sono stato molte volte. Cambiano spesso il menù in base la stagionalità ed ogni volta è stato un'immenso piacere. Prezzi giusti per la qualità dei prodotti, la cura del cliente e del dettaglio, la tecnica e la passione che c'è dietro Sono sicuro che faranno molta strada i ragazzi. WOW ..... Congratulations chef Lezzerini ... I don't usually write reviews but here I feel compelled to share. A wedding favor in the historic center of Bracciano, which is the perfect place for lovers of good and elegant cuisine, I recommend it, I've been there many times. They often change the menu based on the season and each time it has been an immense pleasure. Fair prices for the quality of the products, the attention to the customer and the detail, the technique and the passion behind it I'm sure the boys will go a long way.

Location molto calda, portate dall'antipasto al dolce notevoli, sia per le materie prime utilizzate che per le preparazioni finemente eseguite dagli chef, staff di sala preparato e gentile, conto perfettamente in linea con ciò che si mangia, con ciò che ci circonda (suggestivo lo sfondo del castello di Bracciano) e per il livello di soddisfazione con cui si esce da questo posto. Un complimento in particolare ai due giovani e coraggiosi titolari Simone e Denise che hanno creato un vero e proprio gioiello. Tornerò sicuramente, a presto. Il Personale, composto da giovani ragazzi è attento, veloce e preparato! Il ristorante è molto accogliente, e si nota l'impegno e lo studio che ci hanno messo! Per me sarà sempre una certezza!! Careful selection of products and their combinations, each dish is a delicacy, from appetizer to dessert! The staff, made up of young guys, is attentive, fast and prepared! M	Mari S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestrice molto carina e disponibile, ma in un ristorante purtroppo la gentilezza non é tutto. Ci si va per mangiare! Dal menu anche raccontato in maniera impeccabile sempre dalla ragazza, l'idea che ci si fa é di qualcosa di raffinato.. in realtà in un tagliolino porcini e crema di gorgonzola non c é nulla di particolare... Il gorgonzola non si percepiva, o cmq era una di quelle creme per paste molto elaborate ma poco raffinate e porcini surgelati. La pastella del polpo e dei carciofi fritti era molto salata (più che "saporita ...al gusto dello chef" come ci é stato risposto, e posso assicurare che non siamo tipi che mangiano saporito). I ravioli con coniglio alla cacciagione erano 8 di numero! disposti in cerchio in un piatto così grande che non rendeva onore alla "generosità" dello chef! Restava un vuoto al centro che faceva anche un po' sorridere...con qualche Olivetta qua e là... Ci siamo domandati se mettere 4/5 ravioletti in più avrebbe creato troppo scompenso in una giornata in cui eravamo gli unici clienti (due). Veramente niente di che anche di gusto. Ed infine il conto, non abbiamo capito cosa lo ha fatto lievitare dato che non c era il dettaglio, ma senza lo sconto di the fork avremmo pagato 29 euro per uno, per un antipasto e un primo a testa e acqua. There remained a void in the center that also made you smile a little ... with some Olivetta here and there ... ). Really nothing that even of taste. And finally the bill, we did not understand what made it rise since there was no detail, but without the fork discount we would have paid 29 euros for one, for an appetizer and a first course each and water. Davvero squisito il polpo arrosto con cialda di pane e la sbriciolona con polvere di mango. Servizio curato e minuzioso, ottima la selezione dei vini. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole trascorrere una bella serata a Bracciano. Suggestive location also ideal for romantic dinners. The dishes tried were original, tasty as well as well presented. The roast octopus with bread wafer and the crumb with mango powder are really delicious. Attentive and meticulous service, excellent wine selection. Highly recommended for those who want to spend a nice evening in Bracciano.

È ubicato nel borgo del paese in prossimità della sentinella dalla quale si gode una meravigliosa vista del lago. Ha una buona carta dei vini, non vasta ma curata, con prezzi molto onesti. I piatti proposti non sono molti e va bene così, xké sono pochi ma tutti buoni, tutti molto ricercati, elaborati e creati ad arte. I tagliolini al burro affumicato e tartufo, divini! Ogni piatto è un'esperienza unica. Il servizio è attento, curato, il personale è cordiale, professionale. I prezzi sono medio alti, per i primi di va dai 13 ai 15 euro, i secondi dai 13 ai 20 euro. I dolci sono tutti buoni. Il rapporto prezzo con la qualità del piatto proposto è giusto e corretto. In buona sostanza si mangia benissimo e si spende il giusto. Unico neo, il sistema di aerazione interno un po' scarso e andrebbe sistemato: gli odori della cucina restano attaccati ai vestiti e un leggero odore di fogna presente nel locale. Un peccato perché considerato il livello che si prefigge il ristorante, la qualità dei piatti e i prezzi, questa cosa non dovrebbe accadere, Comunque, a parte ciò è una bellissima esperienza poter mangiare qui. Dovete andare assolutamente perché resterete soddisfatti. Very nice location, simple but welcoming. The venue is not very big but it has space outside. It is located in the village near the sentinel from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. It has a good wine list, not extensive but accurate, with very fair prices. The dishes on offer are not many and that's okay, because they are few but all good, all highly sought after, elaborated and artfully created. The tagliolini with smoked butter and truffle, divine! Each dish is a unique experience. The service is attentive, attentive, the staff is friendly and professional. The prices are medium to high, for the former ranging from 13 to 15 euros, the latter from 13 to 20 euros. The desserts are all good. The price ratio with the quality of the dish proposed is fair and correct. Basically you eat very well and spend the right amount. The only drawback, the internal ventilation system is a bit poor and should be fixed: the smells of the kitchen remain attached to the clothes and a slight smell of sewage present in the room. A shame because given the standard of the restaurant, the quality of the dishes and the prices, this shouldn't happen. However, apart from that it is a great experience to eat here. Antipasto di insalata di polpo arrosto con provolone piccante e pane fritto delizioso. A seguire 2 primi di ottimo livello ( risotto all'arrabbiata ) e strozzapreti alla carbonara di tonno e pepe limonato. Carta dei vini discreta. Nel complesso un ristorante assolutamente da provare . Industrial-style restaurant in the heart of Bracciano. Staff attentive to customer needs, present, kind and fast. Roasted octopus salad starter with spicy provolone cheese and delicious fried bread. Followed by 2 excellent first courses (risotto all'arrabbiata) and strozzapreti alla carbonara with tuna and lemon pepper. Decent wine list. Overall a must try restaurant.
