I can only give it 5 stars. The dough of the pinsa is faithful to the traditional recipe, the sauce is rich and of good quality and the prices are average.

Sicuramente ora che ho scoperto questo locale credo che la pizza napoletana nn la mangerò più spesso di prima... (classic Roman pizza) very fast waiting time. Pinse of a FABULOUS flavor! Never eaten such good pliers! They also sell fried food and sodas. Surely now that I have discovered this place I think that Neapolitan pizza will not eat it more often than before ... Siamo ristoratori, specializzati nella cucina romana autentica, ma anche a noi a volte viene voglia di gustare una bella pinsa fatta come la tradizione comanda. Il negozio è molto carino e dà una piacevole sensazione di igiene e luminosità, e sinceramente ci ha positivamente colpito la cura che viene messa nel preparare questi prodotti. Si sente al primo assaggio che gli ingredienti sono di primissima qualità. Complimenti a questa simpatica famiglia che ha fatto della qualità la sua bandiera. Bravi! We are restaurateurs, specialized in authentic Roman cuisine, but sometimes we too want to taste a beautiful pina made as tradition dictates. The shop is very nice and gives a pleasant feeling of hygiene and brightness, and we were sincerely impressed by the care that is taken in preparing these products. At the first taste you feel that the ingredients are of the highest quality. Congratulations to this nice family who have made quality their flag. Well done!

Gusti classici e meno classici ma mai improbabili, come accade spesso in altri contesti. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità. Gentili sempre. Assolutamente da non perdere! Five-star pizza chefs, no ifs and buts. The pinsa is of a high standard, the best in the neighborhood and beyond. Allora venerdì scorso ho deciso di provare questa pinsa dalle presunte qualità eccezionali. Innanzitutto abbiamo trovato un locale che ispirava senso di igiene e accuratezza oltre a gestori di una cortesia, professionalità e simpatia quasi unici. Abbiamo preso tre pinse, ma le avremmo volute provare tutte. Non credo di aver mai provato un impasto del genere e degli ingredienti così freschi e di qualità. Una l'abbiamo addirittura mangiata il giorno dopo ed era ancora fragrantissima. Rapporto qualità/prezzo da 10 e lode. Con piacere ho fatto questa recensione. Se la meritano. We took three pinse, but we wanted to try them all. I don't think I've ever tried such a dough and such fresh and quality ingredients. We even ate one the next day and it was still very fragrant.
