★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo locale a Garbatella, in via delle sette chiese. Pizzeria sia a taglio che con servizio ai tavoli, nel giardino sullo slargo. Ottima qualità, pizza perfetta sia nella versione tradizionale romana che nella versione pinsa, con farina di riso, di grande leggerezza e digeribilità. Agli amanti del piccante suggerisco calorosamente il supplì habanero, vegetariano e sublime. Servizio amorevole. Prezzi contenuti. Bravi ragazzi, ci rivediamo presto!
 Small restaurant in Garbatella, in via delle sette churches. Pizzeria both cut and with table service, in the garden on the open space. Excellent quality, perfect pizza both in the traditional Roman version and in the pinsa version, with rice flour, very light and easy to digest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma non è stato tanto il fatto che la pizza fosse bruciata, praticamente una fetta biscottata, e nemmeno il fatto che tutti noi che l'abbiamo mangiata abbiamo fatto una nottata infernale con mal di pancia e bruciore di stomaco. Non è tutto questo perché chiunque può sbagliare...la cosa veramente negativa e svilente è stata la scortesia con cui mi hanno risposto quando ho fatto presente che mi avevano portato una pizza bruciata.Sarebbe bastato mostrare un po' di dispiacere e mandarne un'altra, che signori sarebbero stati.
Quella cafoneria invece è segno di non amore per quello che fai. Cucinare è un atto d'amore .. soprattutto per gli altri. La loro arroganza è evidente quindi anche nella pizza.
Mi dispiace,mai più.

That boorish instead is a sign of not love for what you do. Cooking is an act of love .. especially for others. Their arrogance is therefore also evident in the pizza.
