★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esposizione molto ampia e vastissimo assortimento. Se stai ristrutturando casa puoi farti veramente un'idea di quello che vuoi e di come verrà. Prenditi del tempo e conta sulla gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale potrai uscire anche con idee diverse e migliori di quelle che avevi. Trovi materiali e accessori per tutti i prezzi ma sempre di ottima qualità. Lo consiglio veramente, anche solo per conoscere i materiali nuovi.
 Very large exhibition and very wide assortment. If you are renovating your home you can really get an idea of what you want and how it will come. Take your time and count on the kindness and availability of the staff you can also come out with different and better ideas than you had. Find materials and accessories for all prices but always of excellent quality. I really recommend it, even if just to get to know new materials.

Bellissimo il reparto esposizione anche se al momento qualcosa ancora in allestimento. Ho trovato prodotti di gran qualità e spero fare i miei acquisti la quando ristrutturerò la mia casa. Lo consiglio vivamente
I went there for the first time yesterday. It is an easily accessible place located in the vast industrial area of Colleferro. The exhibition department is beautiful even if at the moment something is still under construction. I have found high quality products and I hope to shop there when I renovate my home. I highly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allestimento molto grande con ampia scelta di piastrelle e pavimenti, unico difetto, non ci sono i prezzi esposti e bisogna chiedere al personale.
Very large set-up with a wide choice of tiles and floors, the only flaw, there are no prices displayed and you have to ask the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un modesto quantitativo di ceramiche. Il personale me ne ha mandato una scatola in meno e hanno dovuto riordinare quella mancante. Mi è arrivata poco dopo e ho dovuto pagare un sovrapprezzo (40 €) per la spedizione. Ho dovuto pagare di tasca mia il loro errore. Non esiste un servizio clienti. La commessa che si è occupata della mia fornitura ha provato a fare il possibile ma, sostanzialmente, non c'è stato nulla da fare. Gestione del cliente approssimativa e dilettantesca.
I ordered a small amount of pottery. The staff sent me one less box and they had to reorder the missing one. It arrived shortly after and I had to pay a surcharge (40 €) for shipping. I had to pay for their mistake out of my own pocket. There is no customer service. The saleswoman who took care of my supply tried to do everything possible but, basically, there was nothing to be done. Rough and amateurish customer management.
