★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa professionalità, abbiamo concordato un preventivo e a soli 4 giorni dal trasloco mi hanno comunicato un aumento di ben 6000€ (il 50% del totale) per il fatto che non avevano prenotato per tempo il container quando pattuito il primo preventivo, mettendo la mia famiglia in grande difficoltà. La risposta che mi hanno dato è che “le prenotazioni sono aleatorie”. Incredibile, totalmente inaffidabili e poco professionali!
Lack of professionalism, we agreed on a quote and just 4 days after the move they communicated an increase of € 6,000 (50% of the total) due to the fact that they had not booked the container in time when the first quote was agreed, putting my family in great difficulty. The answer they gave me is that "reservations are random". Unbelievable, totally unreliable and unprofessional!
