★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento da parecchio tempo questo centro e devo dire che mi trovo benissimo. Faccio quasi tutto con beatrice e devo dire che è una persona fantastica gentilissima e sa fare bene il suo lavoro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono cliente da tanti anni, professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità caratterizzano il personale, migliorerei però di molto i tempi di attesa per le manicure e pedicure specialmente nel periodo primaverile/estivo, non è per niente funzionale prenotare con tempi così lunghi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre giorni fa sono andata per una pedicure (non era la prima volta) ad un certo punto ho visto che l'estetista aveva un dischetto di cotone sporco di sangue, ma ho pensato ad un piccolo taglietto (lei non ha detto niente) Quando sono arrivata a casa avevo un gran bruciore al tallone: calzino inzuppato di sangue e scarpa macchiata. Avevo un'abrasione grande come una moneta da due euro. Mi sono medicata sperando che passasse.. .Dopo due giorni sono tornata per far presente il problema (con educazione e gentilezza) e chiedere se avevano una soluzione per guarire in fretta, ma, dopo aver controllato con chi avevo avuto l'appuntamento, nessuno ha guardato la ferita e con freddezza mi hanno semplicemente detto di comprare una pomata in farmacia. Riassumendo: ho pagato la pedicure, la pomata, non posso andare in piscina e mi fa male camminare... Tutto questo senza neanche ricevere delle semplici scuse. Tutti possono sbagliare, ma almeno un "mi dispiace" sarebbe stato gradito.

I had an abrasion as big as a two euro coin. I medicated hoping that it would go away. After two days I returned to present the problem (with education and kindness) and ask if they had a solution to heal quickly, but, after checking with whom I had the appointment, nobody he looked at the wound and coldly they just told me to buy an ointment in the pharmacy. In summary: I paid for the pedicure, the ointment, I can't go to the swimming pool and it hurts me to walk ... All this without even receiving a simple apology. Everyone can be wrong, but at least one "sorry" would have been welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa! Dopo il secondo appuntamento ho deciso di non mettere più piede.Ho fatto fare a mia figlia di 17 anni un trattamento laser in viso e che dire!!! Dopo che si è lamentata con l'estetista,(alla quale non faccio il nome per questioni di privacy e di buon senso) per ben due volte ,che la temperatura del trattamento era troppo alta,lei non le ha datto retta ed ha continuato lo stesso.Adesso mia figlia ha la pelle del viso arrossata e le fa male,spero che non abbia conseguenze.La farò vedere dal dermatologo.Comunque, questo era il secondo appuntamento andato peggio del primo.in tutti e due i casi la puntualità ha lasciato molto a desiderare e la competenza dell'estetista ancora di più.Sono lavori che chiedono esperienza e professionalità perchè va in mezzo la salute,che purtroppo io personalmente non ho trovato.Per me è sconsigliatissimo

After complaining to the beautician, (to whom I do not name for privacy and common sense) twice, that the treatment temperature was too high, she did not listen to her and continued same.Now my daughter has red skin on her face and it hurts her, I hope it has no consequences. I'll show her to the dermatologist. Anyway, this was the second appointment that went worse than the first one. In both cases punctuality left much to be desired and the expertise of the beautician even more. They are jobs that require experience and professionalism because health is in the way, which unfortunately I personally could not find. For me it is not recommended

Personalmente ho provato pulizia del viso con radiofrequenza, pedicure, ceretta, pressoterapia e devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene. Il personale è molto gentile e qualificato, sempre con il sorriso. È possibile prenotare gli appuntamenti on line iscrivendosi sul sito, e di conseguenza controllare e modificare le prenotazioni. Prezzi nella media, non troppo cari secondo me. Consiglio vivamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto la pulizia del viso, sono rimasta davvero poco soddisfatta, asciugamano con cui mi puliva il viso non era pulito si vede che l’aveva già usato poco prima con altri clienti … e mi ha bruciato con la cera, non ha nemmeno cambiato la carta sul letto infatti era sporco di cera!!!!
