★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Preventivo non rispettato. Non hanno finito il lavoro alle 12.30 in punto se ne sono andati a pranzo dicendo che avevano un'altro appuntamento. Professionalità e attenzione al cliente pari a zero. Mi hanno chiesto altri soldi (non preventivati) per completare il lavoro un'altro giorno dopo che si sono fatti pregare. Non hanno voluto portare tutta la roba (mancavano 3 scatoli vuoti). Dulcis in fundo siccome si era fatto tardi e avevano un'altro appuntamento HANNO SCARICATO LA ROBA PER STRADA DAVANTI AL MIO PORTONE E L'HANNO LASCIATA LÌ- HO DOVUTO FARE IO DA SOLO IL TRASPORTO IN APPARTAMENTO!!! Ho fatto 8 traslochi in vita mia mai ho visto tanta arroganza e menefreghismo.. si vede che il lavoro non manca e si possono permettere di trattare così male qualche cliente!!! ASSOLUTAMENTE INAFFIDABILE E SCONSIGLIATO
 Bad service. Estimate not respected. They did not finish the work at 12.30 o'clock, they left for lunch saying that they had another appointment. Professionalism and zero customer attention. They asked me for more money (not budgeted) to complete the job another day after they got prayed. They didn't want to bring all the stuff (3 empty boxes were missing). Last but not least, as it was late and they had another appointment, THEY UNLOADED THE STUFF IN THE STREET IN FRONT OF MY DOOR AND LEFT IT THERE - I HAD TO DO THE TRANSPORT TO THE APARTMENT ONLY !!! I made 8 removals in my life I have never seen such arrogance and indifference .. you see that there is no lack of work and they can afford to treat some customers so badly !!! ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE AND NOT RECOMMENDED
