Entro nel negozio e mi accoglie il classico romano: semplice e simpatico; piena di domande inizio a spiegare quello che vorrei incidere su un gioiello un po' fragile e complicato, subito mi schiarisce le idee.
Disponibile e affabile mi fa accomodare affianco a lui e, tra una chiacchiera e l'altra, mi guida un po' sul da farsi.
Con la possibilità di fermarti ad ogni linea per parlare o modificare il progetto iniziale, capisci subito il grande vantaggio di metterti nelle mani di un artigiano che lavora davanti ai tuoi occhi, nel mio caso increduli e sorpresi.
Una volta finito ho aperto il portafogli col sorriso, che tra l'altro ha perso meno peso di quanto potessi sperare.
Così, dopo aver ricevuto preventivi da frode fiscale e progetti dei quali dubitare, il percorso del mio gioiello si ferma qui: nel cuore di Roma e tra le mani di un orgoglioso lavoratore al quale, ça va sans dire, affiderò le mie prossime idee.

I recommend it with flying colors! With a friend of mine we wanted to engrave a bracelet. The engraver was very kind in guiding us to purchase handmade pendants that would allow a perfect engraving both front and back. In less than a week he made two and we can't be happier with the result. Great professionalism, kindness and patience. Until next time!
