e	enrico corna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ai piedi delle colline e alla sommità di una scalinata sorge questa antica chiesa a tre navate con bel campanile.L'abside affrescata della metà 400 con un Cristo in amigdala circondato dal tetramorfo e una fascia inferiore di scene della vita di S.Stefano, una Crocifissione e una Ultima Cena con colori ottimamente conservati è quel che non dovete perdervi. Ma tutta la chiesa conserva altre immagini ben fatte e di buona scuola.Interessante la Cappella della Madonna. At the foot of the hills and at the top of a stairway stands this ancient church with three naves with a beautiful bell tower.The frescoed apse of the middle 400 with a Christ in amygdala surrounded by tetramorph and a lower band of scenes from the life of St. Stephen, one Crucifixion and a Last Supper with well-preserved colors is what you must not miss. Intorno il panorama è spettacolare ed è possibile proseguire a piedi x i vari sentieri in mezzo alla natura. Peaceful place of meditation and a beautiful sanctuary. F	Franco Metelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho 73 anni, la prima volta che ci sono stato avevo circa 5 anni. Ho dei ricordi bellissimi. Quanti matrimoni, quante cerimonie di cari amici, alcuni scomparsi. Credo che tutti gli abitanti della zona la considerino la loro chiesa di riferimento. Vi consiglio di visitarla, fuori è bellissima dentro custodisce delle grandi opere d'arte di autori nostrani dei vari secoli, direi tra le più belle chiese che io conosca I am 73 years old, the first time I went there I was about 5 years old. I have wonderful memories. How many marriages, how many ceremonies of dear friends, some of whom have disappeared. I believe that all the inhabitants of the area consider it their reference church. I recommend you to visit it, outside it is beautiful inside it houses great works of art by local authors of the various centuries, I would say among the most beautiful churches I know

R	Ruzovy Panther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per i rovatesi è un luogo Sacro, memori dei trascorsi che sono patrimonio storico della Città. Già al tempo della dominazione francese (da quel periodo la nomea di Franciacorta) la piccola Chiesa è stata fatta oggetto di pellegrinaggio e culto da parte della popolazione che qui si rivolgeva alla Madonna per ricevere sostegno e grazie più svariate. È di quel periodo il racconto (rappresentato da un affresco interno alla chiesetta) che mostra come la Vergine fece risorgere i morti sepolti nella Chiesa che si scagliarono contro le truppe francesi in ritirata dal Borgo. Ma la storia più recente narra che il 21 novembre 1944 un treno carico di esplosivi, parcheggiato in stazione a Rovato, fu fatto partire alla volta delle gallerie di Iseo, per credenza popolare dalla Madonna, che così salvò la città da una distruzione sicura, in quei frangenti terribili dei bombardamenti alleati su tutto il Nord Italia. Per l'occasione tutta la popolazione con a capo il Prevosto Mons.Zenucchini si riunì in preghiera solenne appunto nella piccola Chiesetta sul monte Orfano. But the most recent story tells that on November 21st 1944 a train loaded with explosives, parked at the station in Rovato, was left for the tunnels of Iseo, by popular belief of the Madonna, who thus saved the city from a safe destruction, in those terrible situations of Allied bombing throughout Northern Italy. For the occasion, the entire population headed by the provost Mons.Zenucchini met in solemn prayer precisely in the small church on Mount Orphan.
