Bella la cappella a base ottagonale, custodisce il quadro della madonna che ogni dieci anni viene portato in processione per le contrade di livrio e arveaco. Fantastic religious building immersed in the nature of Provaglio Val Sabbia, it acts as a frame to the road that passes right under its arcade surrounded by three round arches overlooking the valley below. The octagonal-based chapel is beautiful and contains the painting of the Madonna which is carried in procession every ten years through the districts of Livrio and Arveaco.

Uniek is dat het doorgaande weggetje eigenlijk door het voorportaal van de kerk loopt. Nog nooit zoiets gezien. Aanrader om te bekijken. Er is een rijk beschilderd gedeelte en een echt gebruiksgedeelte van de kerk die minder versierd is. De directe omgeving en het uitzicht zijn ook erg mooi. Genoeg ruimte om te parkeren. Openbaar toilet en zelfs een douche is aanwezig in het zijgedeelte. Beautiful old church with beautiful, well-preserved / restored paintings on walls and ceilings.
