★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edificio a pianta ottagonale con tamburo e portico realizzata dopo il ritrovamento (1624) dell'immagine della Vergine ora visibile sull'altare maggiore.
La chiesa è stata ultimata nel 1630, ma rifatta nel 1742 e nel 1912.
Le cappelle esterne della Via Crucis furono realizzate verso la fine del 1700.
La chiesa internamente ha delle belle decorazioni in stile Barocco Lariano.
Gli affreschi e le tele che raccontano le storie della Vergine sono di Agostino Santagostino databili XVII secolo.
