★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesa di cui si hanno notizie già negli anni 20 del 1200, ma non si esclude che abbia origini più antiche. Era la sede della Confraternita dello Spirito Santo che gestiva un ospedale, uno dei più antichi della città di Teramo e faceva parte del complesso. È una costruzione in laterizio e l'interno è in stile barocco. Elegante è il portale di travertino e al di sopra dello stesso si notano una Doppia Croce costantiniana di Gerusalemme, simbolo della confraternita aprutina e segno di privilegio pontificio, ed una colomba ad ali spiegate, raffigurazione dello Spirito Santo. All'interno di può ammirare un Crocifisso ligneo del trecento. Nella parte destra della chiesa, inglobato nelle mura della canonica si erge uno slanciato campanile a vela, anch'esso fatto di laterizio. Gli ultimi lavori di restauro sono stati eseguiti nella seconda metà del 1960. I recenti terremoti hanno causato dei danni, in particolare al campanile che attualmente è ancora ingabbiato.
L'attuale parroco è don Delfino.
 Church of which we have news as early as the 1920s, but it is not excluded that it has more ancient origins. It was the seat of the Confraternity of the Holy Spirit which ran a hospital, one of the oldest in the city of Teramo and was part of the complex. It is a brick construction and the interior is in Baroque style. The travertine portal is elegant and above it you can see a Constantinian Double Cross of Jerusalem, symbol of the Aprutina brotherhood and a sign of pontifical privilege, and a dove with spread wings, a representation of the Holy Spirit. Inside you can admire a wooden crucifix from the fourteenth century. On the right side of the church, incorporated into the walls of the rectory stands a slender bell gable, also made of brick. The last restoration works were carried out in the second half of 1960. The recent earthquakes have caused damage, in particular to the bell tower which is currently still caged.
The current parish priest is Don Delfino.
