Al ritiro i dolci erano rettangolari e con colori totalmente diversi dai topper. Sconsigliato! ordered two birthday cakes round and then provided two round toppers. At the withdrawal the desserts were rectangular and with totally different colors from the toppers. Not recommended!

Non é la prima volta che ordino una cosa e fanno come gli pare. Se avete qualcosa da ordinare consiglio altrove. Molto deluso Ordered a tiramisu with pavesini and decaf for the children .. eating it was not decaf and full of sponge cake. Very disappointed. It is not the first time that I order something and they do as they like. If you have something to order I would recommend staying elsewhere. Very disappointed

Essendo un dolce particolare ( aveva qualche formina di halloween con la pasta di zucchero) mi è stato detto di contattare la sede centrale, e di parlare con Stefania, una delle titolari. La chiamo, e mi da il suo numero whatsapp per mandarle la foto. Al telefono cerca di chiudere la telefonata in fretta, senza starmi ad ascoltare più di tanto ( e già partiamo malissimo). Le mando la foto e le scrivo, passano ore, visualizza e non risponde. Le riscrivo il giorno dopo (molto educatamente le chiedo di farmi sapere qualcosa, sennò mi sarei organizzata diversamente) e lei che fa?? Mi blocca su WhatsApp!!! ALLUCINANTE Se non poteva farmelo, bastava dirlo, senza fare questi giochetti e farmi perdere tempo!!!
