★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Norcineria con prodotti di alta qualità,pane casareccio fatto con lievito madre e in più rosticceria dove si può anche mangiare,tutto molto buono specie per i primi piatti che sono preparati al momento dallo chef che è anche il proprietario. D'estate ci sono i tavolini fuori con servizio al tavolo e le commesse sono molto carine e disponibili,posto consigliatissimo.
Norcineria with high quality products, homemade bread made with mother yeast and in addition rotisserie where you can also eat, all very good especially for the first courses that are freshly prepared by the chef who is also the owner. In summer there are tables outside with table service and the orders are very nice and available, highly recommended place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso solo dire : provare per credere, non esagero nel dire che è il top in Umbria, i sapori delle nonne loro li conservano e li ripropongono oggi , ho degustato l oca in porchetta .....spettacolare❤???
I can only say: try it to believe it, I am not exaggerating in saying that it is the top in Umbria, the flavors of the grandmothers they preserve and propose them again today, I tasted the goose in porchetta ..... spectacular❤???

Il personale è gentilissimo e il proprietario nonché il cuoco, saprà illustrarvi con attenzione tutti gli ingredienti e le ottime qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati in cucina !! assolutamente consigliatissimo !!!
Excellent gastronomy and rotisserie. All their products have an excellent quality. Excellent quality / price ratio. You must absolutely try the Easter cheese cake which in my opinion is the best in all of Umbria! The staff is very kind and the owner as well as the cook will be able to show you carefully all the ingredients and the excellent qualities of the ingredients used in the kitchen !! absolutely highly recommended !!!

Posto pulito, accogliente.
Salumi locali strepitosi per non parlare del pane fatto da loro con farina 1 e lievito madre.
