★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante fossero ad eseguire un altro lavoro a 20 metri di distanza dalla mia abitazione, per sbloccare una valvola (tempo impiegato: cinque secondi) mi hanno chiesto la bellezza di €20,00. Con tutta la professionalità che hanno messo per svitare un componente della suddetta valvola sinceramente mi sembra uno schiaffo alla miseria e una cosa veramente indecente!! Come ho detto a chi ha eseguito il lavoro mi stava bene se la distanza era anche qualche centinaio di metri dalla sede alla mia abitazione ma così mi sembra un'indecenza. Se dovessi fare un altro lavoro sicuramente non richiamerò questa ditta.
Although they were performing another job 20 meters away from my home, to unblock a valve (time taken: five seconds) they asked me for the beauty of € 20.00. With all the professionalism they put in to unscrew a component of the aforementioned valve, it honestly seems to me a slap in the face of misery and a truly indecent thing !! As I said to those who carried out the work I was fine if the distance was even a few hundred meters from the headquarters to my home but so it seems to me an indecency. If I have to do another job I will certainly not call this company back.
