Non do 1 solo x la gentilezza al telefono della signora e perché almeno non mi hanno preteso il costo del 1° tecnico.. I call for a specialized technician for a well-known brand of air conditioner but they send me someone who does not know the machine ... I call back twice but despite the assurances they will contact me to send me someone, after a month no feedback ... thanks I already done. I do not give 1 x the kindness of the lady on the phone and because at least they did not demand the cost of the 1st technician ..

Io che non abito in zona prendo ferie per essere presente ed oggi mi chiamano dicendo esplicitamente che non hanno alcuna intenzione di venire, senza nemmeno trovare giustificazioni. Ah, chiaramente aggiungo che li ho sempre e solo cercati io...neanche per "bidonare" sono riusciti a chiamare loro. Vergognoso è a dir poco. State alla larga!!! Mi hanno smontato la caldaia, e mi sicome mancava un pezzo, il tecnico ha detto che non poteva rimontarmela che era troppa sbatta per lui, così è più di una settimana che mi ha lasciato senza riscaldamenti e acqua, creando un disagio enorme. Al telefono il tecnico non risponde e neanche al telefono fisso l'azienda risponde, allora devo chiamare chi l'ha visto? I was disappointed with their absentee attitude.
