β β β β β Una stella Γ¨ giΓ troppo. Ordino su just eat, il ristorante Γ¨ aperto. Mi chiamano qualche minuto soo dicendomi che il ragazzo delle consegne se ne Γ¨ βandatoβ. Ma allora se se ne Γ¨ andato, perchΓ© il ristorante risulta aperto e operativo?
Chiedo quindi di annullare lβordine, non viene annullato, mi risulta ancora in pending nella sezione ordini. Richiamo il βristoranteβ e informo che io lβordine non lo voglio, aspetto il rimborso. Mi dicono ok hanno annullato tutto.
Il tutto viene risolto solo con una chiamata al servizio clienti Just Eat.
Mi dispiace ma pessimo servizio.
A star is already too much. I order on just eat, the restaurant is open. They call me a few minutes soo telling me that the delivery guy is "gone". But then he left, why is the restaurant open and operational?
I therefore ask to cancel the order, it is not canceled, it is still pending in the orders section. I call the "restaurant" again and inform that I don't want the order, I'm waiting for a refund. They tell me ok they canceled everything.
Everything is solved only with a call to Just Eat customer service.
I'm sorry but bad service.
