M	M R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro per l'Impiego Rozzano (MI): esperienza negativissima al telefono reparto informazioni al cittadino scelta tasto 2 seguendo le istruzioni del risponditore automatico. Riaganciano il telefono ancora prima che uno possa finire la frase o la richiesta di informazioni. Le persone sono costrette a chiamare e richiamare e pregare che qualcuno risponda. Per caso un'addetta ha risposto ed è stata molto arrogante, maleducata, di basso livello professionale perché non era nemmeno in grado di fornire informazioni e addirittura prendeva in giro ponendo delle domande e facendo delle affermazioni sarcastiche ed offensive. Alla fine la chiamata e durata neanche 3 minuti, ma la persona ha detto che non puo' stare un ora al telefonocon noi...e che non era in grado di fornire le informazioni richieste. Ha messo ovviamente giù il telefono alla mia domanda del suo nominativo. . . Spero tanto che i responsabili di questo ufficio per l'impiego prendano atto della gravità della situazione visto anche le numerosi recensioni che descrivono vari episodi simili e esperienze molto sgradevoli con questo Centro Per L' Impiego. They hang up the phone even before one can finish the sentence or the request for information. People are forced to call and call back and pray for someone to answer. By chance an employee replied and was very arrogant, rude, low professional level because she was not even able to provide information and even made fun of asking questions and making sarcastic and offensive statements. In the end, the call lasted not even 3 minutes, but the person said he couldn't stay on the phone for an hour with us ... and that he was unable to provide the requested information. He obviously put the phone down to my question of his name. . . Dopo un po' (per caso) è uscita un'impiegata che non ha potuto aiutarmi perché non era il suo ruolo quello di assistermi. Siamo alle solite : la Pubblica Amministrazione lavora per sé e non certo per i suoi cittadini, che le recano solo tanto fastidio. Di questo disturbo arrecato, noi cittadini chiediamo umilmente scusa. Office closed. No one answers the phone indicated on the door (it doesn't even ring). After a while (by chance) an employee came out who was unable to help me because it was not her role to assist me. We are the usual: the Public Administration works for itself and certainly not for its citizens, who only bother you so much. We citizens humbly apologize for this disturbance.
