Avevo 3 persone davani ma comunque lo staff mi ha fatto la prima visita, le lastre, visita ortopedica e steccato il dito, tutto in meno di un'ora e mezza. Personalemente posso ritenermi soddisfatto perchè credevo di metterci più tempo I went to the emergency room because I hurt my hand and there I was fine. Personally I can be satisfied because I thought I would take more time

ESPERIENZA PERSONALE : mi presentai una mattina con il ginocchio sx altamente dolorante nessuna manovra tecnica effettuata dall'ortopedico di turno apparte rimozione liquido MISTO A SANGUE chiaro segno di tramo grave, rilasciata ricetta elettronica NON URGENTE con tempistica di prenotazione di 180 giorni.deacisi di portarmi avari effettuando risonanza magnetica presso centro privata si scopre quindi che menisco mediale e fratturato in modo molto grave, crociato anteriore lesionato in modo grave e l'altro menisco lesionato in modo molto grave, se avessi aspettato le tempistiche rilasciate dal,'ortopedico di turno non sarebbe rimasto nulla del menisco. DUE STELLE PERCHÉ IL REPARTO DEL CENTRALINO DEL PRONTO SOCCORSO SEMBRA FUNZIONARE IN MODO EFFICIENTE. First-aid personnel assigned to highly incompetent orthopedic ward. Controlli ed esami svolti abbastanza rapidamente, poi sono stata in attesa, seduta su una sedia a rotelle fino all'una e trenta dopo mezzanotte. Durante questa attesa, un'infermiera, passandomi vicino, mi ha rapidamente detto che dovevo fare altri esami. Cosa pensare? Il peggio? All'una sono andata alla ricerca di qualcuno cui chiedere qualcosa in più, e così ho saputo che stavano aspettando che si liberasse un letto per me, il motivo? Chiedere al medico, che non ho trovato o era impegnato. Effettivamente il pronto soccorso era molto affollato, ma che fatica faceva un medico, o chi per lui, dirmi quello che dovevo fare e, soprattutto nel mio caso, sapere che dovevo restare ancora per almeno dodici ore? Dagli impiegati, receptionist, addetti alle pulizie e medici, non ho mai trovato tanta disponibilità, educazione e gentilezza...mi chiedo cosa "assumono" prima di entrare al lavoro.!!! Difficile trovare tutto questo, di questi tempi, in strutture pubbliche. Chapeau. ? This week, for the first time, I went to this hospital for visits and x-rays in two different days. I felt like I was living on another planet !!! From the employees, receptionists, cleaners and doctors, I have never found such availability, education and kindness ... Questa volta ho atteso di meno rispetto al periodo pre covid, ovviamente per cercare di far stare meno persone insieme. Il covid purtroppo ha cambiato in peggio molte cose. Ospedale ben attrezzato, mi sono sempre trovato bene. I have been to this hospital several times for different types of services. This time I waited less than in the pre covid period, obviously to try to get fewer people together. Unfortunately, covid has changed many things for the worse. Well equipped hospital, I have always enjoyed myself.
C	Cristina Piccarreta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri ho portato mia figlia a fare i RX (ingresso 5 seminterrato) e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla gentilezza e cordialità dell'operatrice che ci ha accolte allo sportello. Abbiamo effettuato l'esame senza dover attendere e anche la specialista che ha svolto i rx si è mostrata professionale e accogliente. Incontrare professionisti così bravi e gentili non è un'ovvietà ed è veramente piacevole avere la fortuna di interfacciarsi con persone così. Inoltre ho molto apprezzato la possibilità di ritirare l'esito dell'esame presso l'ospedale della mia città, non abitando noi a Mirandola. Yesterday I took my daughter to do the RX (entrance 5 basement) and I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and friendliness of the operator who greeted us at the counter. We carried out the exam without having to wait and even the specialist who carried out the x-rays was professional and welcoming. Meeting such good and kind professionals is not a matter of course and it is really nice to be lucky enough to interface with people like that. I also very much appreciated the possibility of withdrawing the results of the exam at the hospital in my city, since we do not live in Mirandola.
