È molto difficile avere contatti con il pubblico soprattutto perché quando ci si rivolge a lei si è, di solito, arrabbiati o in condizioni di diffidenza verso reparti o servizi .
Esprimo i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti per aver seguito e risolto il problema che ha avuto mia mamma.

It is very difficult to have contact with the public especially because when you contact her you are usually angry or distrustful of departments or services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono aperti solo la mattina al pomeriggio no,quando esponi un reclamo non sono soddisfacenti,nelle spiegazioni non vanno oltre il loro naso non sono esaustivi.
