Disgruntled, rude staff, starting with the red-haired nurse who received me arriving at security in the waiting room .. and in general, except for a few smiles, of the big peasants !!

Risultato: mi hanno sfondato mezzo e non e stata troivata la causa... . Per capire da dove veniva, me la sono dovuta rifare a Lucca ( e dico tutto...) Per poi scoprire che era la prostata che mi faceva ematuria....compli complimenti Boni these: I did do a cystoscopy from 'urologist to understand where it came from an' I hematuria. Ho una forte infezione (epididimite) che non mi fa dormire da settimane e il medico mi ha suggerito di prendere un oki quando mi fa male. Ha giustificato la diagnosi dicendo che nella palpazione (molto dolorosa) non aveva sentito niente e quindi è da trattare come un mal di testa che viene ogni tanto...avrei dovuto conviverci! Ho dovuto rifare la visita a lucca da un privato che ha risolto la situazione. Reparto di urologia altamente sconsigliato. I found the reception and CUP staff very kind, the urologist a great incompetent. I have a severe infection (epididymitis) that has not made me sleep for weeks and the doctor has suggested that I take an oki when it hurts. He justified the diagnosis by saying that in the palpation (very painful) he had not felt anything and therefore it is to be treated as a headache that comes from time to time ... I would have to live with it! I had to redo the visit to lucca from a private person who solved the situation. Urology department highly discouraged.

Non posso dire lo stesso del personale addetto al ricevimento delle impegnative nella zona prelievi, essendo state molto scortesi e maleducate nei miei confronti. Consiglierei di mordersi di più la lingua, dato che di norma bisognerebbe essere SEMPRE gentili di fronte a un paziente. Very nice and friendly nurse and cup staff. I cannot say the same about the staff at the dispatch desk in the pickup area as they have been very rude and rude to me. Quiet hospital, trained, efficient and kind staff.
