La parte dei medici di famiglia merita un punteggio più alto, perché mi sono trovata benissimo ed è ben organizzato. La parte dei prelievi invece 0 stelle! Mi sono trovata malissimo, oltre all’attesa enorme nonostante in periodo COVID ci sia un orario, ho trovato personale scortese e scocciato, solo un’infermiera è stata gentile e mi ha spiegato bene le cose. Purtroppo ci sono rimasta molto male, forse le persone si dimenticano che non è un bar o una cosa piacevole, si parla di salute e non ha senso trattare male le persone. Poi penso a me, che sono comunque una ragazza giovane e che conosce questi argomenti, se si fosse approcciata una persona anziana, che magari avrebbe avuto più difficoltà, come si sarebbero comportati? I found myself very badly, in addition to the enormous wait despite the fact that there is a timetable in the COVID period, I found staff rude and annoyed, only one nurse was kind and explained things to me well. Unfortunately, I was very upset, perhaps people forget that it is not a bar or a pleasant thing, we talk about health and it makes no sense to treat people badly. Then I think of me, who am still a young girl and who knows these topics, if an elderly person had approached, who might have had more difficulties, how would they have behaved?
