Non si riesce a contattarli, non si riesce a consegnare documenti, non sono flessibili, non vengono in contro alle problematiche di una persona, educazione zero, le infermiere che ho incontrato di persona di una maleducazione ed una sgarbatezza fuori dal normale, rispondono male a prescindere da qualsiasi cosa tu gli voglia chiedere o dire e da qualsiasi tono o modo tu stia usando per relazionarti con loro. Viva i lavori al pubblico l, viva l'empatia, viva il rispetto per il paziente e viva l'etica del lavoro! Arrivo, una fila lunghissima prima di entrare alla struttura, di cui fuori erano ancora presenti le persone delle 08:10 che attendevano di entrare. Alle 9:00 mi fanno accomodare, facendo un'ulteriore coda per fare l'accettazione. Una volta effettuato il pagamento, un'altra coda per eseguire il prelievo. Dopo tutto questo sono fuori alle 9.50 con ben 1 ora e 10 di ritardo e mi viene consegnato il foglietto su cui scritto "per ritiro referti (SALVO PROBLEMI DI FORZA MAGGIORE): martedì 19 ottobre dalle 11:30 alle 13:30. Quindi il martedì prendo un'ora di permesso dal lavoro, mi reco alla struttura, faccio un'ulteriore fila, e mi viene comunicato che i referti non sono ancora pronti senza spiegarmi il motivo, cerco di parlare e chiedere spiegazioni, dato che avevo oltretutto preso unì ora permesso, e la signora al banco MOLTO SCORTESE E MALEDUCATA, mi risponde a monosillabi e mi dà le spalle nonostante le stessi parlando. Quindi sono uscita non solo senza referto ma anche senza una spiegazione nè un giorno preciso in cui io possa tornare a ritirare, prendendo NUOVAMENTE un altro permesso a lavoro. Prossima volta sicuramente andrò da un privato, perchè è stato veramente VERGOGNOSO tutto. A truly shameful service! I booked a blood draw appointment last week on Saturday, October 16th at 8:36 am. Lenti, macchinari che non funzionano, telefono inesistente dato che non rispondono mai, in più carenza di personale! L’unica cosa positiva è stata l’infermiera che mi ha fatto il prelievo! Gentile veloce e super brava! Salvo lei, una branca di incompetenti! Truly the poorest USL center I've ever seen! Lenses, machinery that does not work, telephone does not exist since they never answer, plus a shortage of staff! The only positive thing was the nurse who gave me the blood sample! Kind fast and super good! Except you, a bunch of incompetents!
